Will's POV

She was amazing. I could not help but accept her now. Boy could that girl run. She came before training to train! That is dedication. She picked the best fighter from my pack and fought them. She was holding her own against my Beta and I was gripping the chair trying not to go to her aid when suddenly Carson threw her too hard causing her to hit her head on the pavement instead of the grass they were practicing on. I saw as her face went deathly pale and then her eyes closed.

"Did I kill her?!" Carson asked frantically as I ran forward to help. By the time Conner and I made our way to my mate, everyone was crowded around her.

"Leave!" I Alpha-commanded my pack. Conner's pack did not leave they stayed until Conner growled at them and they all walked off except his Luna. She was bent over my mate feeling her pulse.

"She's okay," she told my wolf and I. "She might have a concussion though. She needs to see the pack doctor." I bent down beside Tris, lifting Jordan in my arms as if it was nothing, and looked to Conner for directions. Conner walked in front with his Luna beside me.

"Thank you for carrying her," Tris said in her soft voice. I looked down at her and then back up. Jordan would probably tell her when she found out we were mates so I might as well tell them.

"Jordan is my mate." Conner whipped around to stare. His and Tris's eyes were wide and their mouths hanging open.

"Why didn't Jor tell me?" Tris asked herself.

"She didn't know. I wanted to test her before I let her know." Tris nodded and Conner did not look surprised.

"Many Alphas do that. However, one as powerful as you I am differently not surprised. Did she met your expectations?" He asked the last part like a smart-ass. I simply nodded and held her up higher as if to say 'my mate is hurt can we like go now?' Again, Conner nodded before leading me to his car where I sat in the back with Jordan on my lap.

When we got to the doctor he rolled his eyes and said to set Jordan in her room. She apparently had been in there enough to have need of a room. I set her on the bed carefully feeling the curious eyes of Tris on me.
"What?" I questioned my mate's best friend.
"I think you and Jordan will go lovely together. All bad asses on the outside but sweet caring people on the inside."
"I am the toughest Alpha of the most feared pack in the world. I am not sweet." I growled causing Conner to step in front of Tris who side stepped to give me a knowing look.
"No need to get all edgy. I am not defacing your mascalinaty,  though you shouldn't think that it makes you a better wolf. Being a man is not about being a protector to your women and providing for her and it isn't all mascalinaties like toughness and never crying. Being a man is accepting who you are as a person and embracing it. It is the same thing with every person weither you are man, women, or other. Just accept every part of yourself and show it off with pride."
After mulling over her speech I looked at Carson to find a smile adore his face. He was proud to have Tris. I did not blame him she was sort of amazing from what I have seen so far. I could not think of a better person for my mate to associate with.
