Because I Miss You

Hani's POV

It's been 3 whole long weeks since I saw my boyfriend, G- dragon. He had been promoting in Japan with his Big Bang members, promoting their new comeback. Our 1st year anniversary was approaching and I was getting really worried if he would be able to make it home in time. Before he left, he kept reassuring me that he would be able to make it back in time.

GD'S POV

"That's it for today everyone! All of you did a great job! See you next tomorrow!" I said. We had finally wrapped up our world tour in Japan. As I looked at my watch, I realised that it was already past midnight. Our anniversary was in 2 days time and I still hadn't prepared anything. I scratched my head as I thought of what to surprise Hani with. This surprise needed to make up for the past 3 weeks that we had not seen each other.

It was finally the day. You woke up early, half- expecting GD to turn up in your house or at least call you out. However, there were no missed calls or messages from him. Your heart sank a little. You comforted yourself by saying 'Hani, it's alright. Maybe he's still rehearsing.'

As the afternoon drew near, I was starting to lose your patience. To make myself feel a little better, I decided to make my favourite dessert, chocolate lava cake with a scoop of cookies and cream ice- cream on top. After making it, I decided to snuggle up in bed and watch my favourite korean drama.

As night drew nearer, there was still no sign of GD. I was getting extremely impatient. Although I had already talked to myself about the disadvantages about dating a celebrity, I just could not console myself. That night, I cried myself to sleep.

At about 11.30pm, my phone suddenly rang, jerking me awake. I looked at the caller ID. It was GD. I couldn't believe my eyes. A part of me wanted to give him a big scolding while another part of me was happy that he finally called. I picked up the phone. "Hello, is this my princess? Have you slept yet?"

"No" I replied, with a shaky voice.

"What's wrong? Anyways, can you come down to meet me? See you!" and he hung up.

I grabbed my coat and rushed down as fast as my legs could carry me. At the lobby, I was surprised with a bunch of balloons. There were small colourful petals on the ground. I followed the trail of petals which led me to the swimming pool. There was a table set for 2 with a candle in the middle. Taking in the scene, a pair of hands slithered around my waist. I turned around to see GD. Seeing his eyes broke my heart. He looked extremely exhausted. "Jagiya, did you prepare all this? Just for me? Aren't you tired?"

"Yes all this is specially for you, my princess. Although I am exhausted, just being with you takes all my tiredness away."

I smiled and blushed at GD.

"Happy anniversary Jagiya. I love you. I am sorry for making you wait for me for so long. "

"No, it's alright. The most important thing is that you are here with me now. I love you too jagiya."

And we had the most beautiful French kiss.
