When a man needs something, he employs the wordly means available to him and there is no bar in Shariah to use such means. However, a Muslim and disbeliever differ in their faith, for an unbeliever relies wholly on the means he employs to achieve his end.

Shariah: traditional Islamic religious law primarily based on the Quran, but also the hadith and tafsir; it covers the totality of religious, political, social and private life, making no distinction between religion and life - in other words between transgressions of moral rules (sin) and of social rules.
