EvannaPOV
It was my first appointment and I don't think I have ever seen Jayy Von Monroe shake so much in my life. I soothed my hand over his leg and looked around absentmindedly. "How are you so calm?" He whispered in amazement. I shrugged. "Might just be a woman thing.." I responded and I heard him sulk against the crappy plastic cushioned chairs with a sigh. "Must be." I heard him mumble.

I giggled a little at him. "What's so funny?" He smirked as I looked at him. "Just.. you." I giggled a bit more. "Oh yea? Me? Well am I funny now?" He started to tickle my sides making me squeak quietly and giggle even more. This caused some of the people in the waiting room to take glances and stare a little.

"Cull?" Jayy stopped tickling me when my name was called. The nurse was laughing lightly as we made our way over to her. "Follow me please." She smiled lightly at us. She led us into a small room with a monitor, one chair, and a bed for patients. "I am just going to take a few simple tests and then the doctor will be in." She gave me a smile and did normal doctor tests.

"Okay everything with Mom looks good. Now let's see about the baby." She smiled briefly before making her way out of the room. Jayy smiled at me, taking my hand and planting a small kiss to it. Soon enough the doctor arrived. "Hello. I'm Doctor. Myers." He shook Jayy's hand and mine before taking his seat.

"Okay so let's see here." He grabbed some gel for my belly and put on my abdomen. I giggled. "What?" Jayy raised an eyebrow. "It's cold and it tickles." I giggled some more and Jayy snickered a bit. "Okay let's see the baby shall we?" The doctor smiled as we nodded eagerly.

He put the wand where he put the gel and moved it around a bit. His eyebrows started to pull together in confusion and I raised my head a bit to see the monitor. "Will you excuse me for a moment?" He said politely before exiting the room. I looked at Jayy worriedly. "Don't worry baby. Im sure everything is fine." He gave a reassuring smile.

Soon the doctor reentered with the nurse from earlier. She say down and looked at the monitor, moving the wand on my belly again. "Is everything okay?" I asked. The nurse looked away from the monitor, gave the doctor a serious look before turning everything off. "I'm so sorry. But you seemed to have miscarried." The tears pricked at my eyes.

Jayy put his forehead down on my hand. I could feel drops of water on my hand. "We don't know why this happens. You can certainly try again in a couple of months. We are so sorry." The doctor and nurse exited the room, leaving Jayy and I. Jayy put his head on my shoulder and sniffled a bit. Not long after, we were both a crying mess, holding each other tight.

"I am so sorry baby." I said at the same time as Jayy said the same thing to me. "You wanna go home?" Jayy asked and I nodded my head. He picked me up gently and carried me out of the hospital bridal style.

When we got to the car, he set me in the passenger seat softly before closing the door and getting in himself. I buckled my seatbelt and put my head against the window. I looked out the window as Jayy drive home.

We passed some mothers and children and I couldn't help but cry a little. Jayy squeezed my hand and I looked over at him. He wasn't looking at me but at the road seeming to be in deep thought with a saddened and depressed expression. I sighed and looked back out the window for the rest of the ride home.

We had finally gotten home and Jayy led me inside. "You what some tea?" Jayy asked. I nodded with a sniffle. "Okay. I'll be right back with it." He gave me a kiss on the forehead and went to make my drink. I took a seat on the couch and Dahvie walked in. "Why the long face?" He asked with concern.

"D-Dahvie. I-I lost..." I couldn't finish and I guess I didn't have to because he pulled me into a big hug and let me cry on his shoulder.

I sighed sadly as I stirred Vanna and my tea. I took a bit of Jack Daniels and poured it on mine. I couldn't help myself. I couldn't believe it. I really wanted that baby with Vanna but I will still marry her. But I'll wait until she feels a bit better about everything.

Now just isn't the right time. I picked up the two mugs and went out into the living room to see Vanna crying on Dahvie's shoulder as he rubbed her back with a saddened expression. He spotted me and gave me an 'I'm sorry' look. I nodded looking down at the tea for a moment before slowly making my way toward her.

I soothed a hand over her leg and she looked up at me. I gently handed her the tea and she took it carefully. "T-Thank you." She stuttered from her crying and leaned back on Dahvie's shoulder. "You're welcome baby." I kissed her forehead. "I think The Nightmare Before Christmas will do." Dahvie suddenly said as he picked up the Wii remote and went to Netflix on the Tv.

I sat next to Evanna and she pulled me so I was leaning against her and she was leaning against Dahvie. She gave me a kiss on the cheek as Dahvie started the movie. "I love you." She said softly and I smiled at her. "I love you too baby." I hugged her tight and gave her a kiss before she went back to leaning against Dahvie and we all watched the nightmare before Christmas together.

All the while, I couldn't take my eyes off her. And all I could think was 'Next time, I'll be sure to have a fiance and a baby in my arms.'
