You walked in and smashed the walls in
But I didn't know how to fix broken walls
You destroyed everything of mine
Left marks everywhere
And you left with no scratches
No marks
Nothing to remember me by
I stare up at the ebony night
And the faint stars
I ask the moon,
Implore,
If she's seen you
If you've stared up at the sky
And asked the same thing
She says no.
