The Team

  I went to my room and there sat Jane and Audrey.  I sat on my bed and then Aboo came running after me and jumped on my stomach. When he landed he sat in my stomach and just looked at me. "Not now Aboo. I think I just made a huge mistake." Audrey and Jane just looked at me. I looked back at them and inspiration struck. I got Aboo off of me, stood up, and ran out the door. I went to my moms room to talk to her. Bust she wasn't in there. So I walked out side and sat on the steps at the front of the school. Then I heard footsteps behind me. And my first instinct is to wait tell the person is close and then pull the legs out from under them. As I turned around there stood Jay. Now I'm not that mean but I should of. "Is this seat token?" He asked. "No go ahead it's yours," I said scooting over. He sat next to me and said," I saw what happened. Are you okay?" "Yeah I'm fine just wish I could take it all back." "Why?" "Because it was always my moms dream to have a daughter and have her be the best princess ever, but its not me. I'm to much like my father to be a princess. Maybe my brother could be the perfect prince." Then when I realized I was rambling on on I shut up. "Sorry. I didn't mean to tell you all about this so yeah I'm good." Jay just laughed. I smiled then I spoke up," Is the paper to see who made the team?" "Yeah you want to go see it?" "Don't you already know?" I said getting up and him following. "Yeah but I want you to see it." We went to the hall and found it. I started reading it. Chad and  some other people  for blockers. Then I got to the hitters. More people and more people, but at the very bottom of the page it read,"Alexandria Ali."
