chapter 22: martins bold move...

"Orcus your here I am truly sorry for your loss" he said walking up to me placing his hand on my shoulder. I was at the brink of exploding but manage to swallow my homicidal urges and compose myself. "Why are you here martin." I said in a curious but polite manor. "Well I heard about Sofia and I wanted to pay my respects but I have been hunted down by these journalists asking about the company haha" he said laughing and wrapping his arm around me. I stepped away and looked at the photographers and I focus and then all of their cameras were destroyed. I took a deep breath "wow that was rather odd" I said pretending the cameras destructions surprised me. All of them swore and tried to salvage the cameras film but nothing but rubble survived. Martin shocked at what happened looked around confused. "I would like to know something martin." I said escorting him to a private area. "Yes Orcus?" He said calmly. "Well I was wondering how many years have you worked for this company?" I said with my eyes focused on him.

"I have been working here for 15 years and was really hoping to get a promotion" he said as his eyes looked down and I could see the hate in them. "But you elected that security guard to be president of the company but I'll get it from hard work and diligence" he finished composing himself. "Not by getting rid of the people in your way?" I said casually looking at him open his eye wide as if he was found out. "N-no that's ridiculous I would never." He said in defense. "I'm sure" I responded bitterly.

I left the grave yard and returned home to plan how I would kill martin. "That cocky little bastard thinks he can corner me in front of a bunch of photographers in front of Sofia's grave no less... He has no right to even speak her name I'll make him pay!!!" I say as I punch a hole into a wall. And at that moment Zoey had walked into the house hearing the loud crack of splintering wood she ran into the room worried. "What the hell happened love?" She asked looking at my bloody hand and the hole in the cupboard. "Nothing I just found another person I have to kill...." I said maliciously. Zoey smiled and walked up to my kissing my hand and then kisses my cheek putting a perfect blood kiss mark on my cheek and then she began yo lick up the blood from my knuckles. "Can I help?" She asked with a childish smile. "Not at first I have to get him here first Ok" she nodded in agreement and we headed off to bed.

The next day

It's late afternoon about 8 P.M. yo be exact I'm waiting in the company's parking lot the night is a calming aura it comforts me males me feel happy and yet I feel the urge to kill deep down. I thought as I shook my head to clear my mind. Suddenly I hear a door close and I hear five voices. I look over to see martin and around him are for body guards.

"Psh figures he's a coward and afraid to meet his death with dignity" I said lifting my hand.

I clench my fist and doing so made the lights flicker, Martin becoming suspicious orders his men to be cautious they draw their guns, I then open my fist causing the lights to switch off even some shattered.

"What the fuck was that!!!" Martin screamed at his men demand answers. Some pulled out flash light but it was point less. By the time they move it up to where they could see one of the men being stabbed viciously by me. "SHOT THE FUCKER!!!!!!" Martin ordered as he hide behind two of them. They began to unload a barrage of gun fire hoping to hit me. But my demon was loose and he wanted blood, as soon as the first flash of light from the gun darkened I disappeared in the darkness. I walked up behind the body guard behind Martin and punched a hole into his back. He screamed like a animal with nothing to lose that had been backed into a corner it was rather humorous. Martin turn and backed up slowly as the other to men look back in horror.

"Martin! Why don't you wanna play with me..." I said and I used my strength to push the man forward as I grabbed his spine ripping it out.

At this point the body guards dropped there guns and were about to run. "What the hell are you!!" Martin screamed in complete fear and disbelief. "I AM THE FEAR THAT LIVES IN YOUR DEEPEST SUBCONSCIOUS MY DEAR MARTIN!!! AGHAHAHA" I laugh maliciously as I took the mans spine and shoved it threw the skull of the man on the left and then immediately shoved my hand into the man on the rights stomach. I twisted my hands and grabbed his innards and ripped them out causing them to spill all over the floor of the parking lot.

I snapped my fingers and the lights returned in some places, but around martin and I was still a large amount of darkness only enough light to see our bodies out lining and the ones of the men dead o. The floor, "do you know how Sofia died..." I asked Martin who was about to run. "get away!" He screamed as he tried to move but couldn't. "Your not going anywhere my dear Martin the darkness has you in it clutches." I said pointing at his feet he looked down and saw grotesque evil looking arms holding his legs. "No please let me go!" He said, falling backwards but his feet still stuck in that spot, "ANSWER ME!!!! HO DID SOFIA DIE!!!!" I screamed causing the lights in the distance to shake.

"I don't know!!!" He screamed sheepishly.

"She died falling into a pit of fire!!!!" I yelled walking up to Martin, the bodies behind me started to move slightly as what looked like boney creatures with rotted flesh begin to pull them into the floor, "I couldn't save her! I had her in my grasp but in the blink of an eye she was taken from me!!!" I grabbed Martin and lifted him up off the ground like a rag doll. "I told her I would save her! But she knew both of us would die... She sacrificed herself for me!" I said as Martin pull a knife out of his pocket and stabbed me in the shoulder." I lost my mother that day... The only woman who treated me like a son and cared for me lovingly." I continued not even Caring that he stabbed my shoulder.

"What are you" he stuttered. Ignoring him I continued to speak. "And all that time I thought it was an accident and then I found out it wasn't.... It was your fault!!!" I said shaking him violently. "All because you didn't become the president of this fucking company!!!!" He tried to speak but I pulled him close and slammed my head against his knocking him out.
