Ok everyone goes through this. I am now going through it. It has stress and anxiety all into one... It can affect your health and even the way you act around the people who love you. It seems like you will never get through this,but you can. You need to tell someone you trust about it. If you just cry about it to yourself it will never get better. Tell it to someone who can help you. A lot of friends can be clueless to what you feel. To those friends, you have to know your friend well enough to know how he/she feels. If you can't, then that's why you or the person in pain tells them. It has to be one that can help you deal with it. Five a good friend you have to learn how to deal with situations you can't just leave your friend go through pain even if you are in a fight. You need to learn to be there. If you are not you aren't helping them get any better. So please take this advice.
