Faking it (a ross lynch/r5 fanfiction part 2)

Chapter eighteen

+ROSS+

We sat down in the cabana and I got out the basket of stuff.

I pulled out some chocolate covered strawberries and fed them to Autumn. Because the chocolate wasn't completely set, there was a dab of chocolate on her nose. She let out a slight giggle and lifted her hand to wipe it off. I stopped her before she wiped it and held her hands together. "Let me," I smile. I kiss her nose and slightly stick my tongue out and lick the chocolate off. She giggles again. "Ross!"

We lay in the sand, her head on my chest. "Hey autumn?" I ask. "Yeah,"

"Do you have your swimmers on?" I smirk. "Yeah," she giggles once again. I grab her hand and stand her up. Because her converse are already off, I only have to take her cardigan and dress off. I smile and she laughs as she throws her head into my chest to hide her clear embarrassment.

I lift her chin up and smile then kiss her soft lips. I smiled into the kiss and I licked her lip. She lightly bit my bottom lip and giggled as she pulled away with my lip still between her teeth. She turns as she lets go of my lip and runs towards the water. "Get back here you cheeky girl!" I playfully scream, chasing her into the water. She turns her head to look at me and as she does a big wave comes and crashes her. I laugh but when she resurfaces I realise she's upset. I run towards her and embrace her in my arms. She rests her head on my chest and tries not to cry. "Are you okay baby girl?" I whisper. She nods her head. She looks up and laughs slightly. "Was that funny? Like honestly?" She asks. "Honestly, yeah," I say frowning. "It's okay to laugh, I understand," she says.

After a while we walk out deeper and I turn to Autumn and pick her up. She wraps her legs around my waist. Her hands were around my neck and mine were on her butt. "I love you baby," I say and kiss her nose. "I love you too," she smiles.

We were now sitting in the sand with a towel wrapped around the both of us. I turned around and saw rydel and Riker and realised it was time. "I'll be back,"I say and run up to get the ring. I shove it I my pocket and grab my phone so she doesn't think I went up for nothing. "I'm back!" I say sitting down. I pull out my phone and take a selfie with her. I stood up and she looked confused. I sat back down on my feet infront of her. "Autumn, I love you so much and I honestly don't want to live without you. I'm sorry for anything I've done in the past but that's the past and I just want to live in the present. Autumn," at this point I got back up onto one knee. I saw Rydel and Riker get their phones out ready to take photos and Autumn was crying with her hands over her mouth. "Will you marry me?" I smile.

She nods and cries even more. "Yes! One million times yes!" She says and I pull her up by her hand and lift her up and kiss her. She wraps her legs around my waist and her arms around my neck. I hold her cheeks and deepen the kiss. She pulls back and rests her forehead against mine. She smiles. "I love you Ross." I kiss her nose. "I love you too Autumn. Do you want to go house hunting this arvo?" I ask. "We don't have long but let's go!" She smiles.

After searching around for a while, we found the perfect place. We told the real estate agent that we would buy it and she said that we could collect the keys tomorrow.

"Do you want to spend the night at my house?" I ask her. "Yeah. Do you want to just move the furniture from my house into this new one?"

I nod and drag he back to my car.

Once we walk in my door, we are attacked with question on our engagement. "Guys stop! We will talk tomorrow! Me and Autumn are going to bed. Oh and um. I'm kinda moving out with Autumn tomorrow." I say.

"We know. Rydel told us you guys were house hunting so I figured you'd be moving soon." Mum smiled.

We wave goodnight and walked up to my bed.

I gave Autumn one of my baggy shirts which she changed into. I simply striped down to my boxers and we both got into bed. "Goodnight my beautiful fiancé" I say kissing her forehead. "Good night my handsome fiancé" she says with a giggle.

And soon enough, we are both asleep. Me laying slightly on my side and Autumns head resting soundly on my chest.
