Chapter 18

Damien's POV

I was released from the hospital around 9 at night.

"Here are you papers Mr. Parker" The nurse said with a smile.

"Thank you" I replied.

I got my things and picked up Diamond. Kim walked behind us.

"Baby, im driving" I told Kim.

"Okay" She said in a duh tone.

"Give me then keys" I said

She laughed and handed them to me.

Kim's POV

We all got in the car and Damien hurt self was going to drive. Aha! But im glad to see my baby is okay now I can get my ass home and get ready for school. My mom called.

"Hey Kim" She said dryly

"Hey ma whats up" I replied

"Nothing, you want to come visit me before your schooling?" She asked

"Yes, ofcourse!" I said with excitement.

"But we'll talk tonight Damien just got out the hospital and were on our way home" I said

"Awh alright tell him I hope he gets better" She said

"I am thank you" Damien said

Eavesdropping ass. We all laughed. Then my mom hung up the phone.

"So you want to go to New York?" I asked Damien.

"Umm baby I cant I got business to handle, but Diamond can" He said

"Mmm alright Ill take her, we will only be gone for three day!" I said smiling

I was looking forward to going to New York. I wanted to meet the man my mom was seeing, see how he is treating her and all.

We arrived home and got settled I fixed some fries and chicken nuggets cause I knew Diamond was going to be hungry and I am. I think Damien is either in pain or tired cause as soon as we got home he went upstairs and laid down.Diamond came downstairs in the kitchen.

"Hey baby" I said

"Hii" She replied shyly.

I was done with the chicken nuggets and fries and we sat down and ate. After wards I gave Diamond a bath and put her to bed. Then I got in bed myself. Damien was watching tv.

"How you feeling baby" I asked Damien.

"Numb" He said

We laughed

"It will be okay" I replied

"Thanks for being here baby" He replied then kissed me.

"No problem" I said after our kiss.

I remembered I had to get our tickets so I got my laptop and went online to get plane tickets.

"Aye baby I got it" Damien said

"Huh" I said then laughed

"Im paying for it" He said then smiled

"Really baby?"

"Anything for you"

He got up and went to his wallet and did it. We got tickets for tomorrow at 1. I am excited.
