Chapter 24

1 year later.

I went to Cosmetology school and Graduated and im now working at a salon and I make pretty good money. Diamond is in Kindergarten now. She is growing up so fast. Damien is the same ole. My Uncle John got better he is doing good. Jaz had the baby she had a boy and named him Tavion he is a cutie. My mom is fine, we dont talk much she moved back to New York she said she liked it blah blah blah.

I woke up Monday morning not feeling good at all. I rushed to the bathroom and begin to throw up. Uh. The feeling is horrible. Damien came in.

"Baby are you okay" He asked with a worried look.

"Yeah" I said getting up and brushing my teeth.

He left and went back to bed. After I took a shower I went to Diamond's room.

"Sweety get upp" I said as I was rubbing her back.

"Mmmmm Im up" She said.

"Aha out the bed" I said picking her up and kissing her cheek

She went into her bathroom and took a bath. I went into my room to my closet to see what I was wearing today. I picked out a blue peplum shirt, khaki skinnies and brown coach shoes. I had my hair straightened today.

"Baby what you doing today" Damien asked me as I was done getting ready making my last few touches.

"Umm imma drop Diamond off then see whats up with Jaz, maybe go to the beauty supply and get some more shampoo conditioner stuff like that, cause I have no appointments today.. You" I asked

"I have to make a drops and get some money you know"

"Yeah I know be careful baby"

"Diamond you got your uniform on baby" I yelled.

"Yeshh mommy" She replied

"Baby we got to go" I said

"Alright" we kissed then I left.

We got in the car. I buckled Diamond up. I got in the driver's seat and begin to drive.

"Can I have Mc Donald's"

"Yeah baby we were going to stop anyways, what you want"

"hash brown and orange juice"

"You got it"

We got food then I started driving towards Diamond's school. She went to a private school, that cost too much money, but thats what Damien wants until she is in Middle School.  

I looked in the back of my car and Diamond made a little mess Ill clean it when I get home.

"I put all my trash in the bag here" She said handing me the bag.

I grabbed it, not taking my eyes off the road. We got to Diamond's school. I got up went to the back and got her out. I wiped her dress off then handed her, her book bag with her lunch box. We began walking inside. We were in the office.

"Wait in the chair while I sign you in"

"Okay"

"You can go to class now baby"

I turned around, picked her up then gave her a kiss on the cheek. She couldn't help but giggle.

"Bye mommy I love you"

"I love you more"

She walked out into the hallway to her class.

"Your daughter is so pretty" A lady said that was in the office.
