"Now, what can I say about Hector? Well, he had brown hair, and green eyes. He wasn't very tall. He was a pain.
He ALWAYS had something to say. Once, we were studying rocks in science and Matilda answered a very difficult question.
"How are sedimentary rocks formed?" I asked.
"Well, first..." God, she was mentally gifted all right.
After she answered my question-correctly, of course- Hector thought something up.
"A learning point!" He said.
"You're right!" I answered. He seemed surprised at my generosity. And he wanted to take advantage of it, naturally.
"And me too!" He claimed.
The whole class burst out laughing. I couldn't let him get away with this.
"And a learning sanction for Hector! Yaay!"
As the class fell silent I grinned triumphantly. Then Miranda spoke.
"But why? Poor Hector..."
"You should shut up unless you want one!" I shouted.
"Nono, sorry sorry..."
"You better be."
