chapter 18

Aubreys POV
I woke up to Tils little snores in my ear. we fell asleep on Lukes couch last night watching Christmas movies. I cuddled myself back into his chest and fell asleep.

Tils POV
I could feel that Aubrey was moving in my arms and I waited for her to fall back asleep before I opened my eyes. My beautiful girlfriend was snuggled up into my chest with her arms around my waist. I slowly unwrapped her arms from around my waist and went into the kitchen to cook breakfast.

Audrey's POV
I woke up again to find myself alone on the couch and the smell of bacon in the room
"Tilly?"
"I'm in the kitchen love bug"
I walked into the kitchen to find my boyfriend at the stove cooking eggs and bacon. I wrapped my arms around his waist and nuzzled my head into his back.
"Tilly what time is everyone coming tonight?"
"I think around 5"
I nodded my head and started kissing his neck. 
"Babe you better stop or I'm not gonna be able to control myself" he said moaning as I sucked on his neck.
"Who said you needed to control yourself" I said pulling his hair.
"Tonight babe. Tonight when everybody leaves. Now please stop before Luke-"
"Before Luke what?" Luke said walking down the stairs
"Oh um nothing."
Luke just smirked and turned to Til
"Mawmaw LeClaire is gonna be here at about 3 to start up dinner. Y'all better start getting ready. It's 11."
"Okay uncle Luke" Til said grabbing my hand pulling me up the stairs.

A few hours later
Tils POV
a few more hours until I propose to the love of my life. I wrapped up the ring box and put it under the tree but I have the ring in my pocket.
"Til, Aubrey. Kris and Jordan are here!"
"baby I'll be down in a few my hair keeps messing up and I'm still not dressed yet. I'm still in my robe from my shower"
"okay sexy." I said walking into the bathroom hugging her from behind kissing her neck.
"Til not now. tonight" she said smirking.
"definitely. come down when your ready"
I walked down the stairs to see my two sisters and their husband/fiancé
"Jor"
"Tilly"
I engulfed her into a huge hug and she whispered something into my ear.
"you nervous about tonight?"
I pulled her back.
"how do you know"
"I know everything" she said smirking pulling me back into a hug
"I'm just kidding aunt Caroline told me. congrats tilly"
"yeah let's just hope she says yes"
"Til have you seen the way she looks at you? she's majorly in love with you. she will say yes"
"thanks jor"
"Til where's Aubrey?" uncle Luke asked
"she's still upstairs getting ready. her hair wouldn't go how she wanted it to. I don't mess with that stuff"
"good choice. that girl stuff is nuts" he said laughing.
all of a sudden my beautiful girlfriend came down the stairs in a red dress and black heels. she had her hair to the side. she looked gorgeous.
I chocked on my words.
"holy shit Aubrey"
"Til watch your mouth"
I blushed "yes ma'am"
she smirked and gave me a kiss.
"y'all ready for dinner?"
"hell ya! let's get to eating"

after dinner

nows the time. uncle Luke is gonna start passing out the gifts. he knows to give the ring box last. I'm sweating through my shirt I'm so nervous.
Uncle Luke got to the last box and nodded to me.
"Aubrey this is for you"
she looked at it weird and opened it.
"an empty box?"
I took my hand off of her thigh and got down on my knee
"Aubrey?"
"mhm" she said nodding.
"we've been together for so long and I wanna be together for even longer. Aubrey will you marry me?"
"oh my god of course Til!" she said jumping into my arms kissing me.
"I love you so much" I said putting her down
"I love you more" she said looking up at me.
she reached up and grabbed my chin and kissed me again.
when we broke apart uncle Luke came up to me and patted my back.
"told you she would say yes" he said smiling
I looked down at my beautiful fiancé and smile
"I'm so glad she did"
