Chapter 6: Tensions Rises

Joseph walked off the ship in H.Q, Parker followed.
"Hi Parker..." Joseph said, a little uncomfortable. "I'll expect you at training in 2 hours, I have a meeting with Master Mela." Parker nodded and walked away. Joseph sighed. Then he walked the opposite direction. A few minutes later, Joseph was at the council room, where Master Mela was awaiting him.
"There he is." Colton said.
"Hello Master Mela." Joseph replied.
"Trouble?"
"Yes, about Edward."
"Or, about Parker?" Colton said raising an eyebrow.
"No, did you ever give permission to shut down..." Joseph was interrupted.
"No, I didn't shut down the base in the Amazon, Edward did it on his own, why? I don't know."
"Oh, ok then." Joseph said.
"Later, we are having a council meeting, in 3 hours, it gives you the time to train Parker, he is coming to because the council members want to check on his progress. "Colton said. "And I'm assigning you a mission, Master Calvin."
"What is it?"
"Find out what Edward is up to, he's been acting weird lately, and I don't like it."
"Yes Master." Joseph and Colton then stood up, and bowed. Joseph started to walk out of the room when Colton stopped him.
"Parker will forgive you, like Master Curt said after the Battle of the Amazon, he will know why."  Joseph paused, then said: "thank you, master." Then he walked away.

Back in South America, Harr returned to the snowy base. He had a broken wrist, and injured his leg. He limped to the conference room with Crane was, only, Crane wasn't alone. Another figure in black robes was standing next to him.
"Can you feel it, commander Harr." Said the figure.
"Feel what, who are you sir." Harr replied.
"Can you feel my anger! My hatred, or you!" He turned his head, and Harr could see the yellow and red eyes, full of darkness, in the dimmed room.
"Commander Harr, this is my master , Darth Plason." Darth Crane said. "Only, he's not forgiving as I am."
"You failed me Harr! You failed the battle of the Amazon, with your weak troops." Plason said.
"I'm sorry sir, it won't happen again. I promise, I won't let them fail anymore battles." Harr said.
"Good, because your relieved of duty." Plason said with a grin. "Sergeant Adril, your the new grand commander of the army."
"What, sir!" Harr said, then he started choking on his words."
"What? Cat got your tongue?" Plason laughed.
"Sir, please! Please!" Harr pleaded. "He started to rise in the air, trying to gasp for breathe. "Please!" His face started to turn blue. "Pl...ea..." Harr's eyes closed, and his arms flew down. Plason dropped him on the ground, Harr, was dead.
  "Adril, prepare the troops, for battle. Tomorrow, we march with the new army our spy has raised for us, and our allies." Plason said. "Nothing will be able to stop our power of the Dark Side of the force!" He started laughing and he and Crane walked away. Adril nodded, and waved his hands to a trooper to take away the body of Harr.

  Joseph was meditating in the training room, waiting for Parker. "Inner peace." He whispered. Then he heard the doors open. "Parker, I thought you weren't going to come." He said aloud.
  "I'm sorry Joseph." Parker said back.
  "For what?" Joseph asked.
  "For getting mad at you on the ship. I didn't know why, and I just got frustrated and i love her, but now I know why you wanted me to break up with her. I know that you didn't want me to suffer what you went through."
  Joseph opened his eyes, still not facing Parker. Then Joseph said in a shaky voice. "I'm sorry, I should have reacted to your response." Joseph looked back of the picture he saw on the ship of him and the other 2 people.
"I'm sorry about what happened with your master, and your girlfriend." Parker said in a grim voice. He saw Joseph's right eye, and saw a tear come down his cheek. Parker walked over and patted Joseph on his back. "I'm here for you Joseph. I'm here for you."
  An hour later, the meeting was in session. Along with the council members were representatives of the branches of the countries.
  "Explain to me, what this boy can do Joseph, what makes him special?" Edward York said.
  "He has an ability like no other. He can use the force in his mind, but he can't use it to lift objects, or mind control anyone or use the force abilities we have." Joseph said. "He learned his skills fast, and he is very loyal and a good friend." He looked at Parker and grinned. Parker grinned back.
  "He has shown exceptional if not beyond skills in his training, I have seen it for myself." A council members named Andrew said.
  "Please. Give me a break." Edward said.
  "What's your problem?" Jade asked.
  "My problem is this junior." Edward said while pointing at Parker.
  "And why is he your problem?" Joseph asked.
  "The age we start training people is 10, and they got to age 21, Parker is 17, he only has 4 years left! And he's a junior! Being training by a freshman!" Edward replied back, raising his voice.
  "And you only have 3 more years, and so what if he's a junior." Lance said.
  "He's in English 1 Honors in his junior year because he failed it in his freshman!"
  "You try memorizing 300 words a day then getting a quiz the next day being a normal person, he did that 5 days a week."
  "Please, he's an idiot and not the brightest."
  "Hey! He is brighter then most likely all of us in this room! Brighter then me, brighter then Master Mela, and brighter then you Edward!"
  "And he is more good looking." Cathy tried to make a joke but it made things worse.
  "Good looking, he's..." Edward started to say.
  "A better person then you Edward." Andrew said. Then some other council members started to jump in and argue.
  "Silence!" Nathan yelled. "We are at a period of war! A war that involves the entire world! And you are arguing over this?" Nathan sounded annoyed. He then took a seat. It was silence in the room for a few seconds.
  "Master Binic is right." Colton said. "Drawn to the darkness we all are, arguing over this won't help the war. It won't save people, it makes you full of hatred."
  "I just have one question." Joseph said.
  "And that is Master Calvin?" Nathan asked.
  "Actually it's 2, why did you shit down the base in the Amazon, Edward, and did any council members know about this?"
  Some people rose there eyebrows towards Edward. Just then someone came in.
  "Sir, there's a problem!" He said panicked.
  "What is it?" Colton asked.
  "Intruders are coming, an army of them."
