You sit there and start crying.
"Oh Y/N, it's alright, shh" Mrs. Matthews puts her arm around you to soothe you.
"I got kicked out and so did Johnny and I've been staying at the Curtis's, but I don't know how long I can live there,"
"Well, it's only me and Keith, so you can stay with us,"
"You mean that?" you say as a smile forms on your face.
"Of course honey," Mrs. Matthews says smiling at you. You hug Mrs. Matthews.
"Thank you so much, I don't know what I'd do without you," you say and you walk back to the Curtis's house to find Steve, Two- Bit and Soda sitting on the floor watching Mickey.
"Hey guys" you say smiling at them.
"How'd it go with my mom?" Two- Bit says looking up at you.
"It went great, looks like you have a new roommate," you say giggling. Two-Bit looks at you and laughs.
"Where's Johnny at?" you ask looking at the 3 boys on the floor.
"He's at the lot with Ponyboy," Steve said, not looking away from the tv.
"Thanks" you say as you walk out the door. As you're walking to the lot 2 soc girls drive past you.
"Dirty greaser!" they scream out the window. You flick them off and keep walking to the lot. When you get to the lot you see Ponyboy and Johnny sitting down. You sit down beside them.
"Hey guys" you say as you kiss Johnny on the cheek.
"Hey baby," Johnny says as he puts his arm around you.
"Hi Y/N" Ponyboy says.
"Johnny, I need to talk to you about something," you say looking down.
"What is it babe?"
"Well, since I'm pregnant I was thinking we should get married." you look down and play with your sleeve. "I know that might sound crazy, but I think it's the right thing to do for the baby" you keep playing with your sleeve as you feel Johnny take his arm off of you. Johnny stands up and walks away without saying a word. You start crying.
"I ruined it Ponyboy, I ruined it," you say crying into Ponyboy's shoulder. "I shouldn't have said anything."
"Y/N," Ponyboy says as he points to Johnny, who has returned to the lot. Johnny gets down on one knee.
"Y/N, would you make me the happiest greaser in the world and marry me?" You sit there in shock for a second.
"Yes, I will marry you Johnny Cade," you say as you kiss him and cry, but this time you were crying tears of joy.
