Chapter 2

Jenna's POV

I was sitting in the back of the car with Alex next to me"So , how you've been?" I asked her. "I have pretty great but I can not wait for you to meet our new neighbor Blake, he just moved here" Alex said with a smile. "Here we are" my aunt Heather said as we pulled up. "Come on , Jenna" Alex said while getting out of the car. "I'm coming." I said while getting ou to the car. As soon as I got out of the car I couldn't believe my eyes "So much has changed since I was here last time." I said to Alex while walking up to the door. "Not really  much has changed around here except for the plants on the trail that leads into the woods but , that's about really." Alex said while opening the door to the house." Hey uncle Zack." I said while walking in. "Jenna it's so good to see you again!" He said while giving me a hug. "It's great to see you to." I said while hugging him back. "Come Jenn , I'll help you settle in." Alex said while taking my things upstairs to her room. "Comming." I said while following Alex up the stairs. "Now let's get to it." Alex said while starting to unpack my things.

An hour later

Alex's POV
"I think that's the last of your stuff right?" I asked Jenna while she was putting something on a shelf. "I believe that is." She said to me. "So, what do you want to do? Jenna asked me while she flopped down on her bed. "Why don't we go for hike in the woods for old times sake,  what do you say? I asked. "I would love to but, lets bring flashlights just in case the sun goes down before we get back. She said while getting 2 flashlights. "I'm also going to bring my bag just in case we need anything we don't have to come back for anything. As soon as I finished, I had just realized that Jenna had already gone downstairs. "Are you coming or not? She yelled up the stairs. "I'm coming I'm coming." I said while grabbing my thingd and heading downstairs. As soon as came down stairs we heade out the door and on to the trail. "Be careful girls." my mom yelled. "We will." We both said at the same time and just like that we followed the trail into the woods.

A few minutes later.....

Jenna's POV
We have been walking for a few minutes now and we've been talking the whole time. "So...has Blake come over at any time to stop by or say hello?" I asked in a curious tone. "Not really he just likes to come out into the woods to do who knows what." Alex said. "What's that straight ahead? I asked her. "What's what up ahead?" Alex asked a little confused. As soon as she finished saying that , I ran to where the something was shining in the grass." Jenna where are you going!?" Alex yelled at me. "Hey wait up."she said as I started to slow down and waited for her to catch up." What is it?"she asked. "Look." I said while pointing to whatever was shining in the grass. "I think it's two necklaces?" Alex said while walking closer." Be careful." I said. I watched Alex pick up the two necklaces. "What type of necklaces are these?" I ask while Alex hands me one of the necklaces. As I was looking at the beautiful necklace that was in my hands I realized it was starting to get dark." Alex , we should start to head back it's getting a late." I said while we were putting the necklaces on each other. "Your right , come on let's get going."alex said while we started to head back.I

Back at the house...

"So why do you think someone would leave these pretty necklaces just laying in the grass?" I asked. "I don't know but I know one thing ,  that I am way to tired to try and figure it out tonight. How about we discuss tis in te morning." Alex said while yawning and getting into bed. "Your right we will figure this out in the morning." I said while getting into bed."Good night Alex." I yawned "Good night Jenn."she yawned then fell asleep. And just like that I fell asleep.
