Ken can't sleep. He stared at his bedroom roof. He thought Kristine was asleep. He gaze at the window. He thinked, does he love her or just interest. He don't know.
But, Kristine was wide awake. She's blushing like a mad tomato.
(Wait, is that even a word? Hmmm.... mad tomato?)
But, the two moved at the same time. It was a wrong move. Their lips touched. Their eyes widen. Ken fell on the bed. Kristine sat up. Wide-eyed. The two were quiet for a moment.
"S-So... that was a wrong move." Ken said. Kristine nodded. Her face become redder. The two fell into an awkward silence. Until, she just found out that she just don't like him. She loved him no one can get him.
"S-S-So, I h-have to t-t-t-tell you s-something..." Kristine stuttered and blushing madly that it almost cover her face.
"What is it?" Ken looked at her. His cheeks has a pink tint.
"Its... um.... just don't be angry." She said shyly. Ken looked at him confused. Suddenly, Kristine leaned forwards to kiss him. Ken tensed, his eyes widen in surprise. Kristine was on the top of the bed while him on the floor, messed up. Ken blushed in a deep red and Kristine saw how red his ears was. Ken didn't give a hesitate but to enjoy it. It felt good, it was warm, a touching sensation. In a moment Kristine broke it. She's blushing in a deep red too and forced herself to smile. Not the normal smile that Ken always saw. It was a soft-warm smile that without an instant, you'll just fell for it without you knowing. It was beautiful, gorgeous smile that he will not forget easily.
Kristine said with a shy but cute voice, "I love you Ken. And this feeling started little by little since we first met. I admit it I was hurt when you already had someone. But still-" she was cut off by Ken. He kissed her back. This time on the lips. His soft lips pecked on hers.
"I would gladly return my feeling into you, 'coz I loved you too and I don't care for that psycho bitch. She's just messed up and she never actually loved me but loved to kill me one day. And I'm not alive to this day if I don't met you. You're my light and you'll ever be." Ken said with a pink tint on his cheeks as he smiled. It was soft.
And they will hide this from anyone. No one should know this, especially Kath since she would blurted things out like a total idiot.
