"SARA??"I yelled at her as she was panting badly.

"What happen?" I asked her going towards her. she was looking really scared of something I hope sab theek hoo....

Manahil P.O.V

"Vo..vo..aunty ka BP high hogaya hai.....unko sans nai ara...."she said and I stumbled a little. My eyes widened in fear.

"WHAT??" I said and rushed downstairs. I saw mom was breathing heavily she was sitting on the sofa and dad was calling the doctor. I rushed towards her.

"Mom...mom are you okay?!"I asked her taking her hand in mine. She jerk her hand away from me. My eyes started pooling watching her in this situation.

"Mom kia howa please ap theek hain na?" I asked her but she looked away from me.

"Mom please Kuch to bolein??" I started crying by now as she is not even looking at me. Sab Mere hi ghalti hai I seriously hate myself!! I thought and my tears were just not stoping at all. I fell on the floor as she closed her eyes because of the pain. My mom has a heart problem whenever she is tired angry or tensed about anything she started breathing heavily like she is not getting the oxygen. She is the patient of heart disease. Once she even fell unconscious because of the pain. Of course she is not that much strong to bear all the pain. I hate myself for this!!! I was still crying on the floor when someone put her hand on my shoulder. I looked up and found Sara.

"Sara? Mein kitne buri ho na. Mein ne apni mom ka bhi thora Sa lihaaz nai kia. How can I just forgot this that she is a heart patient. I seriously wanted to kill myself right now!" I said to her. She pulled me into a hug as her eyes was also pooling. I was feeling damn guilty but of no use. As if I feel guilty and mom is gonna be okay.

"Mahi come let's go into the room." She said and I looked up and found no one. Where is mom?

"Mahi? Mahi? Let's go come on get up!" She said and tried to pull me up but failed.

"Sara where is mom and dad?" I asked her finally getting up by myself.

"Uncle has taken aunty to the hospital as her condition was getting bad after each passing minute and that doctor is also stuck some where. Your family doctor!!" She said and I had an urge to pulled my hand away from her. I straight went to the drawer and take my car keys she was trying to stop me but failing miserably. I finally sat in my car.

"Sara please go and tell sana to make something soft for mom. Like soup etc. and then you can leave as you must be tired. Okay?" I asked her and she nod her head wiping her tears away. I nod my head too and start the engine. I straight drove to the nearest hospital in which mom has been admitted like 10 20 times till now.

I reached at the hospital door. My eyes get blurred as I saw a man holding the most bloody person on his shoulder and was asking something to the counter. He was crying badly. And that person..... she's a girl. His wife or maybe mom. He started yelling and banging his hand on the counter.
I went there and yeah.. As usual poor people don't have money and these bloody bustards are not ready to operate the patient if they don't give money.
