Chapter 6- Wanted Surprise! Or maybe not so wanted?

Katie’s POV

I woke to the glare of the sun in my eyes. I roll over to avoid the sun and possibly get more sleep. Instead when I start rolling over I get pulled into a very warm and very male body.

I glance down to see Lucas is still sleeping. Taking my hand out from under me I lightly trace the contours of his face. My fingers must have lingered just a bit too long on those tempting lips of his; since that is what he wakes to find me doing.

A massive grin spreads across his face as he takes in the position we are in; A lustful look in his eyes as he sucks one of my fingers into his mouth, giving it a playful nip before releasing it. My breathing spikes a bit as he rolls us over so now he is on top of me. With one arm still wrapped around my waist and the other resting beside my head supporting his weight.

He leans down and kisses my check before whispering “Babe you’re more than welcome to continue feeling my body”

I can’t help the blush that crosses my checks. Thankful he doesn’t see since he is keeping perfectly still with his head still beside mine. I can feel my wolf starting to purr a bit from having Lucas so close and practically naked with only his boxers on.

I take my hands and slowly wrap them around his lower back feeling all the muscle. I keep my hands moving upwards till I get to his strong wide shoulders. Then bringing my hands down and between us, starting at his chest and slowly moving down his abs, which is an eight pack. I stop when I get to the top edge of his boxers and Lucas lets out a moan. Lucas is nothing but pure hard muscle!

I move my hands back up to Lucas’s neck. He’s still tense and I can tell he was fighting for control with his wolf.

My door opens with a loud bang. Lucas lowers himself more onto me and lets out a protective growl.

“Awww isn’t that soooo cute! Katie there is a strange woman downstairs wanting to speak with you. Oh yeah and Lucas if you break my best friends heart, I may have to break your face” And with that said Lily grins like a loony bird and leaves my room without even bothering to shut the door

Lucas turns back to me and says “I like your friend but she has the worst timing”

I just grin as I hear Lily shout from down the hall “MY NAME IS LILY NOT “YOUR FRIEND””

Lucas just snorts before kissing me lightly on the lips and climbing off me and pulling me up out of bed saying “Well let’s go see who wants you babe so we can come back and finish were we left off”

I grab a pair of dark wash jeans and a black tank top. I quickly dash into my bathroom that’s connected to my bedroom. After I change my clothes I brush my hair and teeth. I don’t want to keep some one waiting when I don’t even know who they are. I don’t put on any makeup because really why would I want to but animal by products all over my face. It doesn’t smell good or feel good!

My demon wolf is a little on edge about some thing but I just brush the thought away. It must just be because I’m not in the same room as Lucas.

All finished now I walk back out into my room. Lucas is dressed in his jeans and long sleeved button up shirt; same clothes that he was wearing yesterday. Hmmm I guess he’s going to need to go back to his old home and get some clothes. I still can’t believe he is even my mate! I mean he went from my enemy and Alpha, to my mate and just a newbie in my pack. Since I’m Alpha of this pack when we do finish the mating process Lucas will be an Alpha again, but I will be able to over rule any commands he gives. For some reason though I think he will be happy with being my mate even without being Alpha.

“Your right babe, I have no interest in a title. My only interest now is making you happy and keeping you safe” Lucas says

“Holy Mother Goddess of Night! You can read my thoughts?” I blurt out in utter shock
