Sofie's POV

When I arrived home, my mom was in her room packing her bags. She told me she was leaving on her usual business trip that's suppose to last a week. This time she was going to Australia which meant it would be longer. My mom was working most of the time so I got use to it but I missed her so much. I helped her pack and by six she left. I missed her already since it was always just me and her.

I heard a buzz from my phone and I picked it up from my bedside table.

Meet me at the cafe where you usually hang out -E

It was Evan and usually I would be excited that Evan was texting me but I wasn't. I texted an okay and then I logged onto my Netflix account on my TV. After that, I went to the kitchen and grabbed a few packs of popcorn, putting it into the microwave one at a time. I looked over at the time and it said 7. I heard the doorbell and knew it was them. I walk to the door and opened it. Scarlet, Ariel, and Alina were all there with their sleepover bags. They came in, and I was going to close my door when I saw Tristan step out of his car and boy was I happy to see him. Wait, happy?

However that changed when I saw that he wasn't alone. Katie was also there. My smile faded and I closed my door. We all headed up to my room, and the girls set up their sleeping bags on the floor. I slept on the floor with them because it was fair. I had a T.V the corner of my room, so we would be able to see. We all decided to watch Pitch Perfect and The Notebook because for some reason they wanted to laugh and then cry their eyes out. Plus, Ryan Gosling would be able to take my mind off of Tristan.

"Sofie, are you okay?" Alina asked me.

Scarlett and Ariel stopped setting their blankets up and turned their attention to me. I looked at them with a face that says I don't want to talk about it. Being the awesome friends they are, they made me tell them. I told them everything about what happened between Tristan and I. By the end of it, their mouths were wide open.

"Omg! He likes you," Alina squealed.

"Yea, he does. I SHIP IT!" Scarlet cheered.

"You guys would be so cute together!" Ariel exclaimed.

"Guys, I can assure you he doesn't like me because he's with Katie or he's with most of the girls but he doesn't like me," I said, feeling sad.

"Sof, why do you sound sad? Wait do you like him?" Scar asked.

Did I like him? Every time I saw him my heart skipped a beat. Every time he came close, I lost my cool and he made me feel so special, but I hated him before so what changed? I looked across and saw him kissing Katie like his life depending on it. I felt a tear escape. Scar, Ariel, and Ali all looked at what I was looking at and they gaped at the scene. I saw concern in their eyes for me. I finally managed to stop the tears.

"I do like him, but I can't. Not after what he did in seventh grade."

   "What about Evan?" Ariel asked.

Evan... How did I feel about him? Now, I felt even worse because I did not know how I felt about Evan. We all got into a group hug and Ariel went to get the popcorn from downstairs, while Scar got the drinks. I got up to close my window and curtains. I didn't need to see him and Katie any more.

**************

We finished watching the notebook and we were all crying. I opened the windows again because it was getting hot in my room. I don't care what he does right now. His window was still open but his room was dark.

During the movie we ordered pizza so we were waiting for the guy to get here. Then the doorbell rung. I got up and went downstairs and opened the door. I gave the guy a $20 bill and told him to keep the change. I was about to close the door when I saw Katie walk out of Tristan's house. Her clothes were all wrinkly now. They probably did the deed. Eww! I tried to get my mind off it but she saw me looking and gave me a smug smile. Ugh that b! I went back to my room and the girls were talking to someone.

Tristan...

"Hey cupcake," he said.

I put the pizza down and closed the windows again.

"What did he want?" I asked.

"He wanted to know where you were, isn't that so cute. He cares." Scar exclaimed.

A blush appeared on my cheeks and I tried to hide it. Just because he asked about me, does not mean that he cared. I could not forget about what he did and I could not ignore the person he was now. The girls went downstairs and I opened my windows.

"Sorry about that," I said.

"It's okay," he said with a smile, the genuine smile.

"Well, goodnight. I will see you around." I said and he nodded with a frown before closing his windows.

A/N

I know some of you might say that she liked him too fast but her feelings come from the seventh grade too and it is meant to be cliche.
