The next day I ran up to Kyle. "Hey! Kyle! Can you tell me who friend zoned alexis?" I asked. He chuckled. "I'm sworn not to tell!" He said. "You're so helpful!" I sarcasticlly said. Then he walked away, still laughing. "Well, that was so helpful..." I said to myself. Then I heard footsteps behind me. "Hey Levin!" Said a voice behind me. I turned around, kinda hoping for Alexis. But it was Fawn, I tried to not look as disappointed as I was. "What's wrong?" She asked, sensing my disappointment. "Somethings up with Alexis, I wanna know!" I said scolding myself. "Wait! You can't tell?" She laughed. "What? Tell me!" I begged. She just laughed. "She'll tell you in due time...." she giggled walking off. Then I began to walk aimlessly, completely consealed in my thoughts.
Then I bumped into something/someone. I looked up into my dads eyes. He was panicked. "What's going on?" I asked. "You're mother........ reseaved a note......... a bad one....... I have to go!" He said hurriedly. Then ran off to the house. I ran after him. When I walked in, Laurence and mom were hugging each other, crying. Then I noticed a note on the table. I picked it up and read it:
Dear Bestie and Senpai, Guess what? I'm a shadow knight! And I'm coming for senpai, the person that meant the most to me! Yours not-so-truly, Ara
Ara.... that was Laurences lover and moms bff...... and if she's coming for them..... nothing good is gonna come from this. Nothing ever good comes from the shadow knights. EVER.
