Akashi Seijuro was going to throw a hissy fit.
There wasn't anyone signing up for Basketball, what was this? Was he going to have to force people to join? This had never been a problem before.Under what circumstance had this ever happened? This simply was not right, not correct and he certainly did not anticipate this.
After all, he was Akashi Seijuro and he was absolute.....bullshit, this wasn't working at all.
Pinching the bridge of his noes, he tried again, raising his voice quite a bit louder only for that to be drowned out as well.
He had been planning to have a plethora of candidates to select from, but at this rate he would have to make do with his old team. Which he couldn't exactly, because Mayuzumi had already left and he still needed at least one other player.
Akashi scanned the area, looking to see if there was anyone interested. His eyes met (e/c) lined with thick black eyeliner. A goth? No matter, he assessed the individual until he realized it was a girl. At first, he couldn't comprehend how he had overlooked such an obvious factor but there it was.
Apparently, the girl took the eye contact as a signal as to approach him and Akashi wasn't sure how he was going to get out of this one.
However, she did not flirt nor slap him like he had expected too, but instead she asked of a completely different subject.
"Could you tell me where the female basketball club is located?" The girl asked. Her (h/c) hair was shoulder length, (s/c) face revealed a bright smile and her bangs were now covering her (right/left) eye as the wind brushed past.
Akashi blinked, her voice was louder and much more clear than he anticipated. Nonetheless, he pointed the direction and with a quick 'thank you' and a bow she rushed off with a grin on her face.
Her presence felt familiar, as well as her body structure yet he wasn't sure where to place it. Thinking little of it, he brushed it off returning to the task at hand.
It was going to be a long day.

(???)Crashing into bed, she stifled a yawn with her fist. This weekend had been quite successful.
The streetball, signing up for basketball, check and check. However, there were other things she wanted to do here back in Japan. She had refined her talents, and her abilities and she was here for the competition, here for what Japan offered her.
A chance.
So far, singing in the street with her guitar was the most she could do. She was hoping to help out at a Karaoke place, and a nice one at that. Tokyo, was definitely the best place for that, she just need to find it and be accepted into it.
To be honest, she wasn't the most talented in basketball. No, her talents lay hidden amongst the Arts. Her techniques let her incorporate the two, in a way that really shaped her both as a basketball player and a performer of the Arts.
This year, she was going to focus more on basketball. She was going to win the Winter Cup and the InterHigh for the Female Division Rakuzan. Sure, she had randomly burst in during second year but that couldn't be helped.
She was in Tokyo to start her life anew, and to do that she would need all the help she could get.
Picking up her cellphone, she dialled the number and it went through within the record time of three rings.
"Hello? Alexandra Garcia speaking."she spoke in English, after all the very few who now called through her cell knew her from the States after all.
"Hey Alex, it's been a while. It's me, (Last Name) (First Name)."
