"Hakyeonnie~" you cooed as you entered his apartment. You havent seen him for a few days due to exams and him being such a lovely boyfriend, didnt bother you too much; he sends you encouraging messages everyday, telling you to do your best and you loved that he cared so much for you. Now that your exams were over, you wanted to be with him and thank him for all the comforting words.

As you entered the apartment, it was silent. Usually he would be yelling or just being loud like he always is. 

"Is he out?" you asked yourself. You took out your phone and was about to call him when one of the doors opened. It was one of his housemates, Ken.

"Oh hey y/n. Looking for hakyeon?" he asked as he approached you

"Yeah. Is he in?"

"Yeah he's in his room. He is running a fever at the moment. Its been two days i think."

"He has a fever?!" you were surprised at this new information. Why didnt he tell you?

"yeah. He started acting weird as in he was more chilled and tired all of the time so we automatically think that something was wrong. Turned out he had a fever. He's been resting"

"ah. Thanks ken."

"No problems.  Well i'm off. I have a date"

"Alright" you waved ken goodbye and then walked to hakyeon's room. You slowly opened the door and peeked your head in the room. You saw hakyeon sleeping under the blanket and leo was sitting on a chair beside him. He looked up from his phone and waved his hand as a greeting. You smiled and waved back.

"Good thing you're here. Im going to the movies with hongbin. Hakyeon took his pills two hours ago" He said before he left.

After bidding leo goodbye, you got a bowl of cold water and a cloth; soaking the water in the bowl, you started to wipe hakyeon's face. He hissed at the sudden contact and woke up.

"Y/n?" he said with his husky voice

"Shh yeonnie. Im here now just rest okay." you said as you slowly caressed his face and neck with the cloth.

"What are you doing here? I thought you were busy?"

"I finished my exams and now im here to take care of you. Why didnt you tell me you were sick?

"I didnt want you to worry. You needed to focus on your exams"

"Still.. a little heads up would be nice. Now rest up okay. Im your nurse today. Can you please remove the blanket? I need to wipe your body" you asked and he obliged. he removed the blanket and took of his shirt. You soaked the cloth again before wiping his body; you started from his shoulders and worked your way down to his stomach. You then wiped his back and the his hands. 

Once you were done, he put his shirt back on and went back to sleep. You went to the kitchen to prepare some food for him to eat. Just a simple porridge. You tried your best to cook like how your mom always made for you. 

Your carried the food back to the room and woke Hakyeon up so that he could eat.

"Im not hungry" he said as he sat up

"You need to eat something"

"I dont have the appetite" 

"I know but you need your energy. Eat and then take a shower okay. It will help your temperature to go down." Hakyeon reluctantly did as he was told. He wanted to get better so that he can spend time with you so he had to try and get better soon.

After his shower, he came out to the living room and you were wiping the table.

"Let the boys do that later." he said to you

"Its alright. Its just a bit of cleaning. Now go and rest."

"I dont want to rest alone" he pouted like a little child. " I want to rest with you" he continued.

You giggled and finished up. "Alright. Im done lets go to the bedroom"

Once in the bedroom, you took his laptop and put it on your lap. He sat next to you and had his arm around your shoulder. You put on running man, your favourite show, and watched it together with hakyeon. The room filled with both your laughters. Hakyeon was slowly getting better now that you were beside him.

"Hey y/n" he cooed

"Yeah?"

"Thank you"

"For what?"

"For taking care of me. Thank you"

"Im happy to do it. Consider it as a thank for all those wonderful messages of encouragement when I was doing my exams." He smiled and rest his head on your shoulder.

"I love you y/n"

"I love you too yeonnie~"

"Can i rest a bit on your shoulders?" 

"Lets both lie down okay?" you said and he nodded. Placing the laptop on his desk, you went back to bed and laid down under the covers with hakyeon. You were looking at hakyeon's sleeping face and you caressed his cheeks with your thumb and smile. You leaned forward and kissed his forehead.

"Get better hakyeonnie~"
