The doomed proposal plan- Hyuk

"Oppa where are you?" You asked your boyfriend.

"Mianhae jagiya. Oppa has to work tonight" hyuk replied to you

"Why? You said you were free tonight? I made reservations at the new chinese restaurant, i bought a new dress and everything. I even went to the salon to get my hair done. Ah wae!!" You whined

"Sweetie im sorry but it can't be helped. My boss said we need to have the marketing plan done by tomorrow so everyone is staying back tonight. Im sorry" he explained

"Aish.. okay. I'll just put on my sweatpants then. See you at home" you said as you hung up the phone without hearing his reply.

You puffed out some air and sat on the bed. Then your phone started to ring. You thought it was hyukkie called back because he had changed his mind but it was just you work colleague.

"Ne bomi-ah" you answered the phone.

"Yah y/n i saw hyukkie with another woman!" She screamed through the phone. Hearing the news made you jump up from the bed and yelled louder that her.

"WHAT!!!"

"Yeah. I saw them walking through that new chinese restaurant the opened up."

"Again...WHAT! HE JUST CANCELLED PLANS WITH ME! THAT LYING BASTARD. Fine if thats how you want to play it"

"Huh? Want to play what?" She asked but you hung up the phone and stormed out of the house.

Meanwhile after you hung up the phone, bomi giggled and looked at hyuk.

"She's coming to the restaurant now" bomi said and hyuk smiled

"This is a great plan bomi. She will be so surprised" hyuk said.

"I know right. She would never expect you to do this"

"I know. I have avoided this topic recently so that she doesn't find out."

"I can't believe you're going to propose to her today. Im so happy that im tearing up now. Would you excuse me for a moment" bomi excused herself and went to the wash room to freshen up while hyuk was sitting on the table nervously. He couldn't wait to surprise you.

After half an hour, you still didn't show up. Hyuk was getting worried and more nervous. He tried calling you but you didn't pick up. Bomi tried calling and you still didn't pick up. The frustrated hyuk alot.

"Where could she be?" Hyuk asked himself. After a few hours of waiting, you didn't show up. The restaurant was closing so they asked for hyuk and bomi to leave.

"Aish where the hell is this girl? I was so sure that she would come storming into restaurant and when she sees you with the roses and the sign, she would be speechless. Gah i was looking forward to her saying yes." Bomi let out her frustration but no one was more frustrated and sad about this than hyuk. He planned this for days and it all failed because you didn't show up.

"Maybe the plan was doomed from the beginning. I should have just ask her normally" hyuk said after thinking the plan over.

"Aniya. The plan was good only that girl is so stupid that she didn't show up. I'm going to give her a piece of my mind tomorrow" bomi said angrily. Hyuk was too sad to care.

Hyuk went back to your shared apartment and found that you weren't home yet. He waited for you in the living room. He paced back and forth the room, looking outside the window and doing the most random things to keep him occupied.

Finally after what seemed like an eternity (hehehe. Vixx reference. Sorry. Back to the story) for hyuk, you finally came back home. Drunk and with a guy. Hyuk was horrified at the scene before him. The guy had his arms around your waist and you were almost knocked out.

"YAH! KIM Y/N! what the hell are you doing?! And who the hell are you!" Hyuk yelled which caught both you and the guy's attention.

"I'm the guy she met at the club. Who are you?" The guy asked coldly

"I'm her boyfriend" hyuk said as he gave him a killer glare. The guy got intimidated by hyuk's glare and he threw you towards hyuk and ran off. Hyuk caught you just in time and closed the door. He carried you to the couch but you resisted.

"Andwaeyo! Leave me alone. Don't touch me you cheater! bad hyukkie! You're so mean! I hate you. I hate you hyuk. I really loved you and you got behind my back and cheat on me. You blew me off so that you can go to that new restaurant with that bitch of a girl. I hate you. I trusted you and you hurt me. Oppa is so bad. I hate you. I hate you" You cried as you hit his chest. Hyuk didn't say anything because he knows it's pointless at this point because you were so drunk. You kept hitting him and crying in his embrace until you passed out.

Hyuk carried you bridal style to the bedroom and placed you nicely under the covers. He kissed your forehead before heading out to the living room again. He figured, its better for him to sleep on the couch tonight.

The next morning, you woke up with a huge hangover and you tried to recall what happened last night. You then remembered the guy from the bar. He insisted on coming back with you for some sexy time. You didn't remember what happened after that. You frantically looked under the blanket and saw your clothes still on you.

"How did i get in bed last night?" You asked yourself. Then you smelled something delicious coming from the kitchen. You got up and walked to the kitchen and found hyuk cooking for you. He turned around and saw you at the doorway.

"Oh you're awake. Come and eat. I madw you hangover soup." He said with a smile as he place the soup at you seat. You looked at him with dagger eyes. You stomp over to him and slapped him. Surprised by your action, he asked why did you that.

"Cheater. Liar. I hate you. I want to break up" you said firmly.

"Y/n its not what you think" hyuk said

"Then what is it hyuk? Tell me why did you cancel our plans and go to the same restaurant with another girl on the same night? Are you that stupid? I mean if you were going to cheat then you should do it properly" you yelled at him

"Oh then i guess going out to a club, getting drunk and bringing a guy home is a good way to cheat?"

You were a bit surprised as to how he knew that.

"Ho..how did you know about the guy?" You asked

"I was home when you came back. I was waiting for you at the restaurant but you didnt show up. The guy had his arms around you and i couldnt have that. He had his filthy hands on my innocent girl. I sent him away. Why didn't you come to the restaurant? I was worried. The story about the cheating was a lie okay y/n. Bomi lied but she did it because she wanted you to come over to the restaurant." Hyuk explained

"Why?"

Hyuk sighed and reached inside his pocket for the small velvet box. He took it out and got on his knees. You were shocked and speechless.

"Hyuk..."

"Y/n. I wanted to propose to you last night. Thats why i told bomi to say what she said. It was all part of the plan to surprise you. I admit it probably wasn't the best of plans but i hoped thag it would surprise you. Sweetie, i would never cheat on you. You're the best thing that has ever happened to me and why would i want to ruin that? You make me happy and all warm inside y/n. You are always there to support me and always by my side when im in trouble or sad. You are always there and when you're not there, i feel lost. Yes i feel lost without y/n. I don't ever want to be apart from you so kim y/n will you do me the honour of being my wife?" Hyuk opened the box to reveal the ring inside. You teared up at his confession. You felt bad for going to the bar and wanted to hook up with that guy. You were so lucky to have hyuk who is dorky, sweet and an amazing man.

You held out your hand and lifted your ring finger up slightly to signal hyuk to put the ring on.

"Is that a yes?" Hyuk asked you nodded and tears kept flowing from your eyes. Hyuk smiled and slipped the ring on your finger. He stood up and pulled you into a passionate kiss. You stood in the kitchen kissing passionately, enjoying every moment of it.

He pulled away and placed his forehead on yours.

"I love you y/n"
