"Mom! Hurry up I'm going to be late"
Friday after school Dontei called me. He gave me the address of the place we will be dinning at. I told my mom that I was just going to the movies with my friends. I really like Dontei but I'm not ready for my mom to know about him yet.
"Child, calm ya lil hype self down. Your nearly early. And are you sure that you don't want me to drive you there?"
"Yes mom I'm sure, I'll be fine ok,.. now can we go?"
As we are in the car on our way to frankford I spot an old friend, Marcus. He used to be my boyfriend but me and him were two completely different people. We had an awkward breakup and didn't speak to each other again.
I walked out the car and headed for the train. it was only going to be a 35 minute ride, so I made sure I had my headphones.

"Oh good, you remember where to get off at?"
"Uhh yes, 56th right?"
"Yes and call me when you get to 40th street station."
"Well start walking cause I just passed it"
"ok Ari, I'll see you there"
