Jessica POV*
I get dressed and get ready for class with Mags and I am so excited and nervous to get to class and see Derek again. I don't know if it will be weird or he will ignore me or not. Ugh why did I have to say that to him..?! But when I walk into class and sit Derek is there and when I sit he says "hey Jess!" And I feel soooo relieved when I see his smile. His straight perfect teeth,his gorgeous tanned skin,his icy blue eyes...I wonder what he would look like on top of me...WHAT THE FUCK!? Since when do I think like that!?!?! Oh god. He is staring at me... He opens his mouth to speak and says " um hey Jess? I was thinking if maybe you would like to go out for coffee or something after class?" He asks while rubbing the back of his next with his hand. Awwww he's so cute with his insecurities! "Yeah sure!" I answer way too fast. Damn it Jess calm down! "Great! See you after class!" He smiles.
The class drags on for ages and I can't stop thinking about our date. Is it too soon to call it that? A "date"? Whatever.
FINALLY the class ends and I walk out with Mags and I meet Derek at the Starbucks across the street from campus. I straighten my shirt ,fix my hair, and puff out my chest and walk in.
He is sitting at at the table with two coffees. He sees me and his eyes light up when I walk to the table.
He hands me my coffee and I take a sip and I open my mouth to say hi but then I realize that it has no cream 3 sugars and a red straw just how I like it...how the hell did he know that? I never told him...lucky guess?
