Why could the boy and girl always find each others eyes from across the room, and then smile when they do see each other? As the days wore on, the girl couldn't deny her feelings anymore, so she accepted that she liked this boy. She didn't tell anyone except her close friends. Well, one of the girl's friends still thought she liked the other boy, from 7th grade. The girl's friend told to boy that she, the girl, liked him, even though she doesn't. The girl knew the boy didn't like her that way, and to tell the truth, she didn't care. All she cared about was what the new boy would think. The little girl feared that the new boy would think she didn't care. But why would he even care? She would ask herself. Everyone she has ever liked never cared. I could die right Noe and it wouldn't even register in his head, would be another thought. When this little girl cared, she really and truly cared, downtimes way too much. . .
