Chapter seventeen: 

*****HARRY'S POINT OF VIEW*****

I had just let Alex slip away from me. I was laying on the cold sidewalk pavement, just waiting for her to turn around and come back. But, I don't think she was ever going to do that. She looked so determined to leave me.

I was still crying my eyes out. I let myself linger on the sidewalk for another good 15 minutes, until Louis ran into me. 

"Haz, we've been looking everywhere for you! And, you look like an emotional wreck." Louis was the only one really concerned about me right now.

I just sat there sobbing, because I knew that Alex wasn't coming back, and I had flipped everything up. I couldn't answer Louis.

"Haz," Louis said while taking a seat on the pavement with me. 

"We can get Alex back. I'm sure she's not gone forever. She was just mad about the actions you took twards Liam. And, I actually don't blame her..." Louis was trying to encourage me.

"L..Lou shes...shes not com..comi...coming back..k." I stuttered in between sobs.

"Don;t think like that Haz! She loves you! I promise that she will come back for you. But, you really hurt Liam. He's in his bed crying right now with Tara and Zayn helping him out. You scarred him." Louis seemed kind of depressed.

"Well I'm sorry that I'm not good enough for you too Lou! I thought you were my best friend!" I was now crying and yelling, my face bright red and wet from tears. 

"I am your best friend Haz. I'm just trying to let you see that what you did was extremly wrong, even it Liam was hitting on your girl. He didn't know that you had asked her out, just that you were flirting with her. You can't blame him." 

"I can blame him! He was trying to take away Alex from me! Even though he knew that I loved her!" I was screaming now and I looked like a baby with my face all red and screaming and crying and everything.

"And what do you think you were doing? Liam had a crush on her as well, and you were shoving Alex away from him! AND HE ACCEPTED THAT! All he wanted to do was tell Alex that he had feelings for her. He didn't try to take her away!"

Louis just got his point across to me. I was trying to win Alex's heart before Liam won it. This has all be one big competition, and I took action for something that Liam could have done to me if I were him. 

Liam didn't steal anything away from me, I stole Alex away from him. I just remained silent, and Louis understood. 

"Now, You need to get back Alex Harry. Liam won't touch her now, so once she comes back... She's all yours again." Louis gave me a small smile and a nod of his head. 

"W...What if she doesn't come back." I stuttered. 

"She will Harry, trust me." Louis said, then he stood up and walked back to the house. So, I decided to follow him.
