Lost Cause

Old Friends

I woke up to my computer making a weird noise, I wasn't on the floor today, I got up and sat down at the desk being as quiet as I possibly can. I don't think James wants me on Facebook, but I don't know why. I turned on the computer it was already logged into Facebook. I just shrugged looking at my messages. I got one from Cathrin, i'm guessing an old friend of mine. The message says she will be over around 3:45 because of school. So i'm going to take a wild guess here saying shes younger than me because i'm not in school anymore and in my vision she looked way younger than me. Just guessing that shes eighteen. I jumped turning around because I herd James groan in his sleep again. I logged out of Facebook and turned off the computer. I got up going into the kitchen to make food.

It was 3:40 only five more minutes before I can talk to my old friend again. James noticed that I kept looking at the clock every other minute.
"You waiting on something?" James asked me making me stop looking at the clock.
"Oh ya I guess." After a said that I herd the door bell ring. I got up almost falling out of my seat. I walked up to the door opening it. There was a young beautiful blonde girl standing there she was a little shorter than me, but not really. And her grey blue eyes sparkled like stars. "Cathrin is that you?" I asked the girl.
"Hey I should be asking that to you Zahaira. You scared me the night you went missing" she said with so much joy and a smile on her face.
"Oh well I don't quite remember anything. I have amnesia" as soon as I said that word she frowned.
"Who's at the door" I hear James say walk in up behind me. As soon as he saw Cathrin he looked mad.
"Whats wrong James?" I ask looking him in his brown eyes.
"How could you" he said walking into our room slamming the door.
"James wait...." I sighed looking at Cathrin.
"Come inside I'll be right back" I said walking into our bed room. James looked up from his pillow with tears streaming down his cheeks.
"Whats wrong?" I asked him sitting down next to him on the bed.
"You lied to me. I told you we would find her. You have been through so much I wanted to wait, but you got on Facebook and found her" he said siting up looking away from me. I grabbed his chin moving his head to were he was looking at me.
"I'm sorry I didn't want to lie to you, but I really needed to see her. I'm so sorry" I said putting my hand on top of his.
"I understand" he said. Then he kissed me handing me a suitcase.
"Whats this for?" I asked looking at my white suitcase with black mustaches on it.
"I already talked to Cathrin and we decided you should go over to her house." James said hugging me before I left.
"I don't know what to say" I said looking down.
"Don't say anything just have fun and remember, okay" I nodded kissing him on his cheek. I walked out into the living room to a happy Cathrin.
"So i'm guessing he told you?" Cathrin asked getting up.
"Yep" I said walking over grabbing my phone and keys
"Ready to go?" Cathrin asked opening the front door. I nodded looking back at James waving and smiling at me. I mouthed at him
"I love you" then I left on my way to Cathrins house.
