Do you really?

Do you know what it's like to wake up in the morning wishing you didn't?

To put a smile on your face and act like everything is okay when it's not?

To feel empty?

Wanting to hurt yourself every second of the day?

Hating every inch of yourself?

Not wanting to eat because people will think you're fat?

Feeling stupid in school because everybody understands and you don't?

To feel like you have no one?

Feeling like a disappointment to your parents?

To be ignored by the ones you really care about?

To feel like a failure?

Having breakdowns because you can't self harm?

Trying not to cry in public? And if you do, no one really cares?

To be called names everyday?

To always be the second choice?

Having suicide on your mind all the time?

To feel worthless?

Losing friends because they don't want to deal with you and your issues?

Wanting to throw up when you eat a lot?

To always be counting calories when you do eat?

To have rumors spread about you?

To walk by people laughing at you?

To feel guilty and like everything is your fault?

Having a voice in your head that is always telling you terrible things?

To live with depression and anxiety?

Now tell me, do you really understand how I feel?
