Back Into The Woods

After that, I decided to take Thunder in the house after what happened. Thunder was hiding behind a tree the whole time because he was so scared. So when I took him home and got in the house, I got out four extra bowls. He already has one for his food and one for his water but who knows how long I will be in those woods. I filled all six bowls, three with water and three with food. After I did that I locked up he house and started to head into the woods again, but this time it didn't feel like something was stalking me, it felt like something was watching me, just watching me for its own entertainment. After that feeling went away, I walked into the woods, but this time the air got warmer, the light shown brighter through the the trees, and there were no vicious, slimy, poisonous vampire fish. The leaves also did not have the purple goo dripping off of them. The whole thing had changed, everything was nice and pretty, and it felt like a summer day. It was dark out side but still the light in the woods shown brightly. I could literally get a suntan from how hot and bright the sun was, and still the outside was pitch black. I ran out of the woods, looked up at the sky...all there was was a pitch black sky with twinkling stars. I looked at the woods, no darkness just light. I saw a couple of birds fly through the woods. They were very pretty with fluorescent blue, pink, and green feathers. They flew into the darkness... then little sparkles were falling to the ground as they flew into the darkness. Bats. They were bats now, flying through the cold air, outside, in the darkness. I went back into the woods after the mysterious bird things turned into bats. I brought a notebook just in case anything weird happened, and weird things did happen already.
I wrote down what had happened yesterday and half of today, then I wondered, "Is Cherry still alive? Is she okay?" I thought about that for a couple of minutes, then I herd a little whisper.
"Mackenzieeeee, save me. Mackenzieeeee, save ME!" The last time it said that it was a very loud whisper.
Then I saw a white figure, standing there, looking straight at me, like it wanted to come and sit with me... Was that was Cherry?
