Chapter 7 - Traitor

Jonas POV

I woke up to a piercing scream. Iris wasn't there, oh lord oh lord, what happened?

I ran down stairs as fast as I could, I tripped on the last step and fell. I ran, followed the screams, and it was just a bunch of kids playing war. Iris was sitting there watching them, she was sleep. She looks so peaceful when she sleeps. Iris got up and answered the phone, I guess Erik called. Then someone ran in and knocked Iris out, I screamed so loud I only heard the faint whisper of what Erik said. Then Molly knocked me out and everything went black.

Iris POV

Jacob and Henry woke me up early and asked if I could watch them while they play war. So I walked downstairs half asleep and just watched. It must have been hours because I eventually fell asleep. All that was going through my mind was Erik's words. Could he still love me? Is it even love? No. No he didn't love me, he couldn't. I will not be a second choice. Then I heard the phone ring.

"..... Uh hello" I said.

"Iris, this is Erik. We saw Molly."

"No it wasn't her Erik, remember she's dead?"

As I said that someone ran into the room and hit me in the head, I never saw who it was. As I was falling I heard one last thing.

"They're coming for you Iris, Molly is on there side."

And then everything went black.
