Chapter 13:

(Ella's POV)

She gracefully makes her way down, her carmel hair is curled to perfection. She has just the amount of curls needed, whilst my natural curls were exploding. Even though she didn't wake up this way, I can't help but feel ugly. Eleana's eyes glisten, whilst my piercing green eyes, have grown dull. I snuggle into Harry's chest, feeling self-conscience.

Harry starts to play with my curls. If you think about it, I'm a girl version of him. We both have brown, natural curls, and green eyes, his being brighter than mine. The only thing setting us apart is our accents. His thick British accent, is not even close to my strong Irish one.

"What do you want to do today?" Louis asks, snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Sleep," I reply instantly.

Everyone looks confused at me. I was just so alive, and in one instant I'm knackered. I snuggle my head into Harry's warm chest even more, listening to his heartbeat. I silently listen to the conversation around me.

"It's the pills," Harry explains, rubbing my back.

"Well, I'm going to visit Mum and Dad for the day. I haven't seen them since we've been in Mulligar. Eleana and I are going to eat dinner and spend the night there, too. So, we're out of your plans for the day," Niall says.

"I'll wake up Eleanor and see what she wants to do today," Louis gets up and heads towards the stairs.

I finger Harry's paper airplane necklace, and gently close my eyes.

* * * (Dream)

I step on stage and look out to the thousands watching me. A pang of butterflies hit my stomach.

"What's your name, love?" Simon asks me.

"Ella Kelly," I manage, I can't control my shaking.

"How old are you and where are you from," Cheryl continues with the questions.

"I'm seventeen, and I'm from Mullagar," I get out.

"What are you singing?" Louie follows in the never ending questions.

"An original song. It's called 'She's So Gone.'"

I wait as my music comes on.

"Insecure

In her skin

Like a puppet, a girl on a string

Broke away

Learned to fly

If you want her back, gotta let her shine

So it looks like the joke's on you

'Cause the girl that you thought you knew

She's so gone

That's so over now

She's so gone

You won't find her around

You can look but you won't see

The girl I used to be

'Cause she's

She's so gone"
