~Riley's POV~
I can't believe he got my number, and now he's gonna start texting me a lot of negative comments everyday, but in my heart, I know, that deep down inside, this isn't him, never has been, and never will be for as long as I witness him doing good in this world
"Riley", Farckle said as his head popped into my bay window
"Farckle, what are you doing here?", I said
"Maya told me that you like Lucas", he said
"So?", I said
"So, if he knows that you like him out of nowhere, there could be the possibility that he'll try everything he can to prevent you from developing feelings for him, or he'll prevent himself", said Farckle
"And why are you telling me this?", I said
"Cause, I'm just trying to protect you from getting hurt again", said Farckle
"It's Ok, he won't know I like him, so long as we keep it a secret", I said
"When you mean by we, you also mean you, me, and Maya correct? ", he said
"Yes", I said with concern
After he left, I went out the window, back to central park were I can be in my little tree house and just forget about the world and live in Riley town
I only thought about love, world peace, and a place to where there is no hatred or war, I imagined Lucas coming towards me, asking me for forgiveness, I forgave him, and I imagined him leaning in to kiss me
But sadly it was all a dream, I wish that this would happen, but someone started this war, and I'm gonna finish it
I left my tree house and started walking towards one of the infinity fountains to were the twin towers once stood
I sometimes come here to remind myself that my spirit shall live on no matter how harsh things will be in the real world, just like how harsh the incident was when the twin towers collapsed, and those who died, their spirit's still live on till the end of time
"I see you're reflecting back at yourself", said my dad
"Dad what are you doing here?", I said
"I know everything about the incident, I was there around that time", he said
"I know", I said
"You know how you can relate the twin towers to what is happening now in your life", he said
"How?", I said
"Well, there were terrorists in the plane, but the passengers fought them, and sacrificed their lives to save millions of people, and you know what caused them to do it", he said
"What?", I said
"Courage", he said
"So what your saying is if someone can give up something to help me, then I won't be bullied anymore, correct?", I said
"Yes", he said
I put his arm around my shoulder, and we stared at the water running in the infinity fountain
~Maya's POV~
I sat in the bay window, waiting for Riley and Mathews to come home
After a while Riley came, she sat next to me and looked a little bit upset
"Why?", she said
"Why what?", I said
"Why did you tell Farckle that I like Lucas?", she said
"Cause, I didn't know who else should I ask help from, I mean he is one of the most snartest people in our grade, so I told him and he said that he'll talk to you", I said
Then she received a text from Lucas, again
She tried deleting his number from my contact list, but it keeps appearing
"Is Huckle Berry texting you again?", I said
"Yeah", she said putting my head on Maya's shoulder, and she put her head on mine
"Maya, please excuse me for a while", she said
"Of course", I said not knowing of what she was doing
"You shouldn't have left her", she Farckle popping out of nowhere
"What do you mean?", I said
"One year, she has been bullied, has only us, and you should pay more attention in class on what happens to victims like her", he said
Then it hit me, realizing on what she is going to do
"Oh no", I said
Me abd Farckle ran into the living room to see what she was about to do, before she moved the chair from her feet, I crabed her while Farckle cut the rope
"Maya are you out of your mind?", I said
"No, I just feel like I don't belong here in this world", she said
"Well hanging yourself isn't going to change anything", I said
"We won't be ourselves if your not here, Riley please don't do anything like that ever again", said Farckle removing the rope that was around her neck
