Author Note: Ohhh, my goodness! It's been a while since I've written or posted for this fic. Sorry about that guys! I even said I'd be updating more often and let you guys down. *sighs* Well, hopefully I can make up for this in the future my chingus. <3 For now, I've read through the original version of this chapter and just about puked, so I thought I'd take some time to rewrite it. Hopefully it is better! I am feeling very inspired to continue the story. I have some great ideas in store for you guys!! And don't worry, you'll definitely meet the main female character in the third chapter. (Also look forward to some of the B.A.P boys and to the first appearance of werewolves. Huhuhuhu, I'm very excited for it.) For now though, enjoy Kris and maknae Dongho (who by the way, IS GETTING MARRIED IN REAL LIFE IF YOU DIDN'T KNOW!! *explodes* I'm so proud of our baby. X3)

Ok I'll let you read now ~ <3

The vampires went through the forest at a decent pace, Kris sometimes testing how the maknae would handle if he went a little faster. Dongho pushed himself, his stomach growled as he put his full energy and focus into keeping up with Kris. Moving out of the forest and onto a beach where waves crashed against land with great force, soon enough Kris and Dongho had made it to the edge of vampire territory.

When they slowed their pace Dongho took a moment to look at Kris, questioning what was next. Upon stopping Kris smoothed his hair back, calmly looking at Dongho. The boy's lack of experience was evident but his discipline and willpower were apparent too. Dongho bent over, coughing and breathing heavily as he rested his hands on his knees. He looked up at Kris, sweaty and tired.

"Put out already?" He said raising an eyebrow,

Dongho straightened his posture and shook his head, still panting slightly, "No, I'm ok."

Kris smirked slightly, he's not bad... talented but no real skill yet.

"So..." he began catching his breath, "What's next?"

"We fly from here." Kris said.

Dongho's eyes widened, "Wait... Couldn't we have flown all the way here?!"

"It's a bother, becoming a bat of all things... That's why we set aside more time."

"What? But I thought you said I had a lot to learn!"

"Well that's what I said, but nah, you already have a knack for how I hunt." He said, a shroud of shadow covering the vampire's body. When the dark fog hurriedly rolled itself away Kris stood almost the same, the only change being that he had sprawling black wings arching out of his back. Dongho gasped a little,

"You can half transform?!"

"You don't think I'd ever turn completely into a bat, do you?"

"... Uh, I guess not. Honestly, I didn't know you could only become part bat."

"Now you know... so what are you waiting for?"

"You want me to try it?!"

"I don't care what you become as long as you have wings."

Dongho clinched up awkwardly, "Right!..." He focused what might he had left. Shadows covered his body and he felt himself transforming. He clenched his fists as he felt bones tearing their way out of his muscle and skin. How does Kris make it look so graceful?! He thought in pain. His head hurt too, but it was eventually over. Kris stood with his arms crossed as the boy looked up at him.

A moment of silence passed before Dongho thought to look at himself. He smiled when he saw his hands were still a human's. "I did it!"

"Almost..." Kris said.
