Guardian of the Light ( Legolas x Reader ) ( ON HOLD )

Fateful Encounter

Time seemed to stand still after that. The light was blinding. Kiyomi was knocked out but soon started to stir. She heard voices around her. She couldn't understand a bit of it.

~" What strange items this woman carries."~ says one voice

~"Indeed. Even her clothing is strange. Do you think she is a spy?"* says another.

For a while they pondered this until one speaks out. This voice was so familiar to her.

~" Spy or not we cannot leave her here. Times are dangerous for a woman to be out in the wild alone and if she is a spy she might give us answers. Though I hardly think she is a spy.~" says the familiar voice.

~" What makes you say that my prince?" Asks one voice. There was a small pause. Kiyomi felt a slight tug on the necklace she had on.

~" Look at this necklace and tell me that it does not look familiar to you! It is the necklace that belongs to the Light Guardian! If she is the guardian then we must take her to Elrond. It is of great importance.~" says the familiar voice. She opens her eyes after this and three men standing a few feet away from her. She sits up to have a better look at them. They two that are farther away from her had long hair and ....pointed ears!? She starts to scurry away when she feels two strong arms stop her and hold her up. She turns to see the man in her dreams! Though he looks more frightening now then in her dreams as he gives her a threatening look. Even despite his thoughts she is still a stranger.

"P-please...I- I don't know whats going on....take anything you want j-just don't hurt me..." Kiyomi stammered out. The man holding her slightly loosen his grip. Her voice sounds so scared yet gentle, he thought as he looked into her eyes. Though slightly lost he was looking for anything that could be deceitful. He then release her when he saw none.

"Calm down my lady. We were just being couscous. Theses lands are more.dangerous now then they have ever been." He explains. Kiyomi manages to relax a bit. He also seemed to relax as well. She didn't seem like a threat at all.

" I am Legolas, son of Thranduil of Mirkwood. My company and I mean you no harm." Legolas says. Kiyomi stayed silent for a minute. Is she dreaming? No surely not. This is too real to be another dream.

" I-I am Kiyomi Masumi." She says introducing herself. Legolas gave her a strgane look. He had never heard of such name before in his life. Yet it suited her just right.

"That is quite an unusual name Lady Key-om -e. Tell me, from what land do you hail from?" asks Legolas, as he tried to pronounce her name. Kiyomi giggled a little when he tried to say her name. This made him smile.

"I'm uhh...from Kyoto. " answers Kiyomi. Legolas furrow his eyebrows in confusion.

" I know no Key-oh-toe, Lady Kiyomi. Are you sure that it is in Middle Earth? " asks Legolas once agian. Middle Earth? Kiyomi never heared of such a place! Her vision started to blurr a bit.

"I-I'm pretty sure....uhh...If I may ask um...why do you have pointed ears?" She asks shyly. Legolas looked at her questionablely. Does she jest? Has she never heard of the race of elves? He gave off a chuckle as did the other two elves.

" My lady I am an elf. Surely you know that?" Answers Legolas. And with that Kiyomi once agian faints from shock.

Legolas's eyes widen and runs to her as she hits the ground. He was too late as her head hit a rock. This gave her a cut on her right side. The other two come after him with some supplies to help with her wound.

Hours later she woke up again but on a houres and in the arms of Legolas. Kiyomi takes her time to focus until she realises whos holding her. A light blush crosses her face until a voice breaks her from her daze.

" It is good to see that you are awake Lady Kiyomi. You hit your head but we managed to clean and bandage your wound." Says Legolas. A smiles spreads on his lips to see her up.

"Oh, thank you so much. I'm sorry to be so much trouble." Apologizes Kiyomi. She now feels so embarrassed that she just fainted like that and got hurt. In front of a handsome ma- well elf no less!

"It was no trouble at all I assure you. Right now we are heading to Rivendell. The Lord there, Lord Elrond, might be able to help you." Legolas stated. A sigh of relief left Kiyomi' s mouth. It was still so frightening to her. In another world with who knows whats in it! She hoped that this Lord Elrond can shead some light.

While she was in deep thought Legolas was hoping for some answers as well from the lord of Rivendell. It was obvious that this woman was from a different realm. But for what purpose was she here for? And how!? But mostly why does she don the necklace of the guardian of light? He has only heard stories of it and seen pictures of the small trinket.

He thought back to where he first found her. It was the crack of dawn. He was the first one up being very careful not to wake his company. Suddenly a bright white light shot across the sky landing in a small forest area near their camp site. The crach woke the other two up. Legolas took it upon himself to take the lead to see what it could be while the other two followed. After walking a distance Legolas soon found a crater in the earth. He looked down and saw a woman in the middle of it! Legolas climed down for a better look. She was wearing strange clothing. A short dress is what he can make out of it. But the colors of a light pink and light sky blue seemed to match her pale skin tone. Her hair was a light orange. Not exactly red but orange. She held elven beauty, he thought. It was a kind of beauty that no elf maiden had. He tucked some hair behind her ear and to his dismay they were rounded. He didn't know why he felt saddened by this. He eventually shrugged it off and carried her out of the crater.

He managed to come out of his thought when he looked ay her necklace. He had yet to ask her how she inquired it. She was still deep in thought. But he must ask.

" Lady Kiyomi, that necklace that you have . Who did you get it?" Legolas asks. She looked up at him with her big orange eyes.

"Oh I got it from my-" Kiyomi stopped in mid-sentence. Realization finally donned on her! Oh how she felt like the worst mother in the world!! Her children!!! Antumbra!! Yukina!!! Her babies!!! That is when she left out a scream. ( and we are.left with a cliffhanger!!! Let me.know how you like it!)
