"Hi, what can I get for you?" I looked up from the cash register and smiled at the customer. My eyes widened slightly. It was him. I shook my thoughts away and pretended he wasn't actually as dangerous as he probably was.

"An Americano please." He gave me a half-smile. I nodded and told him the amount he owed. I made his drink rather quickly, refusing to look at the guy, even though I could feel his stare on me as I worked.

"Here you go." I placed the cup of coffee in front of him.

"Thanks, love." He winked. I gave him a small smile, and proceeded to go back to working.

He didn't really seem so bad, I thought to myself, as I made another drink. Don't be delusional. Of course he's bad, he's in a gang. I sighed as I argued with myself. I decided to just push it out of my mind, it's not like he's gonna keep coming in here. He's probably got better things to do.

I was wrong.

He came in everyday for two weeks. With the same routine; come one hour before we close, order an Americano, then leave right before we closed.

He would be on his phone for the most part. At times I would feel like he was watching me, but when my gaze would meet his, his eyes were trained to his phone; making me wonder if it was all in my head.

I cleaned really fast, trying to keep myself busy, so I wouldn't have to think about that guy and gangs and such. Plus, I was tired and just wanted to go home and sleep.

Once I was all done, I said goodbye to my coworker and headed straight out the door, just wanting to go home.

I hurried down the dimly lit streets, eager to get back to my home. It wasn't that far away from the coffee shop. Only about a fifteen minute walk, depending on how fast I would walk. But when you're lazy like me, it feels like fifteen hours instead of minutes.

"You're in a hurry." A voice from behind me said, scaring the crap out of me. I was pretty sure my heart stopped beating and I jumped at least five feet off the ground.

I turned around quickly, and was surprised to be faced with blazing blue eyes that seemed to glow under the moonlight. The same ones from the coffee shop.

"Uhh y-yeah." I stuttered. Fear started crippling in through my bones. And I was afraid he could hear my heartbeat all the way from where he was standing.

Why was he following me? What a creep.

"Are you scared of me?" He chuckled. "Do you know who I am?"

I nodded slightly, unsure of what to do.

"Maybe."

He stepped closer and closer to me, and unfortunately I didn't have the will to step back.  My feet seemed to be glued to the street. And I probably did one of the worst things you could possibly do in this situation; I closed my eyes.

I felt his hot breath on my neck, making me shiver and my heart accelerate to the point I thought I was going to have a heart attack.

Gosh, Ella, how stupid can you be?! Run!! I mentally scolded myself.

Unconsciously, I held my breath as I heard his raspy voice whisper in my ear, sending even more chills up my spine.

"I won't hurt you."

I forced myself to open my eyes slowly, but was taken aback when I realized that he was no where in sight. Being the curious person I am, instead of running back home like a mad woman, I looked around me. I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion, when I realized he was literally nowhere in sight. Where the heck did he go?

You should be happy he left you, you idiot.

I felt relieved that he had left, but I was far from being comfortable. I felt as if I was being watched. But every time I looked around, there was nothing and no one.

It's safe to say, I made my way back to my flat in record time.

I tried pushing my thoughts away once again, but of course, those blue eyes haunted me in everything I did.
