Car crash

Prompt: Jenna and Val aren't dating yet and they get in a car crash.

Val Pov

Oh shit... what the fuck just happened. That car came out of nowhere and we just crashed. Oh my... I forget about Jenna, is she okay? I look over at Jenna and see that she's unconscious.

The paramedics get here and me and Jenna are taken into the ablulences along with the other driver. Luckily the other driver looks to be okay and I feel fine.

We get to the hospital and they check me  and it turns out that I am actually okay. The doctor comes in and tells me that I'm free to leave.

"Do you have any questions?" He asks me.

"Um... just one. Do you know how you patient Jenna Johnson is doing?"

"I'm sorry sir but we can only give out that kind of information to the family of Miss Johnson."

"I am family. I'm her... um... her..." think Val, what can you say to get him to tell you how she is.

"I'm her fiancé. Yup we're engaged."

"My apologies sir. Miss Johnson has a couple of broken ribs and some bruises."

"May I see her?"

"Yes I will send in a nurse to take you to her room."

"Thank you so much."

The nurse comes in and takes me to Jenna. She looks so fragile laying in her bed with bandages around her torso.

"Jenna your fiancé is here to see you." The nurse says and then leaves the room.

"Fiancé. What?"

"Hey Jenna, I'm so sorry."

"Val it's not your fault, but why did the nurse say you're my fiancé?"

"The only way I could visit you was if I was family so I told the doctor we're engaged."

"Oh." She's sounds disappointed.

"Why'd you say 'oh'? Should I not have told him?"

"No. I'm glad you're here with me. I just didn't think you thought of me like that. Like more than a sister."

"I didn't until this accident. Then I realized how much I would miss you if I lost you. Jenna I love you."

"I-I love you too Val." She said with tears in her eyes.

"So Miss Johnson, will you be my girlfriend?"

"Why yes Mr Chmerkovskiy, I will." She said mocking me and we both laughed.
