Vacation part 2

Jenna Pov

I wake up and I see Aria still asleep on Val. They're so cute.

I decide to take a picture before Val notices I'm awake. I take the picture and Val turns around and sees I'm awake.

"Hey babe, did you sleep good?"

"Yeah, how's Aria?"

"She seems to be sleeping fine and she's comfortable with us as if we were her own parents."

I smile. He's so cute taking care of her it makes me want a family with Val but what if he doesn't want to? Ugh I wish I could just know what he's thinking.

The stewardesses come around and tell us the plane is landing shortly so we decide to wake Aria up.

"Sweetheart," Val whispers to her, "it's time to get up." Val rubs her arm slightly to try to wake her up and she does.

"The plane is going to land soon Aria." I tell her.

"Yay, I sit in my seat now?" She asks Val.

"If you want to." He says. I can tell Val's getting attached to her already.

"I sit by window?"

"Of course." I answer and Aria moves seats so now she's next to me and the window.

"You really like her don't you?" I ask Val.

"It's weird, I feel like she's my daughter."

"Awe babe"

"I want this with you Jen. One day I want a family with you."

So he does feel the same way! I smile and the plane starts to descend.

Aria's mom comes over to us once the plane lands.

"Thank you both so much. I don't know how I'll ever repay you." She tells Val and I.

"You don't have to. Jenna and I loved taking care of her." Val tells her.

"Thank you again. C'mon Aria, sweetheart it's time to go."

Aria gives both me and Val a hug and leaves with her mom. Val and I both walk off the plane hand in hand.

"Aria is so sweet. I love her." I tell him.

"Yes she is baby. Let's go get our bags."

We go and get our luggage and take a car to the hotel.

"Val! I can't believe you did all of this for me."

"Happy birthday baby girl. You deserve it."

We both go up to our room and it's huge!

"Babe I love you." I tell Val and kiss him.

"I love you so much more you have no clue." He kisses me back.

"Now go get ready I have another surprise planned." He tells me.

"Val, you don't have to do all of this for me."

"Yes I do. Now go get ready."

I comply and I'm ready in and hour and so is Val.

Val and I walk a block to the restaurant by the beach and we sat down to eat.

Val seems really nervous right now, I wonder if he's okay.

"Hey babe?" I ask Val.

"Hmm... what? Um yea... yes, I'm listening."

"Are you okay? You seem nervous."

"I'm fine. Yup perfectly fine."

"Okay then."

We finish eating and decide to take a walk on the beach before going back to the hotel.

The sun was just starting to set and it looked beautiful.

"This sunset is incredible." I say to Val.

"What? Oh yea it is."

I don't know why Val is acting so weird all of the sudden.

"Jenna?"

"Yes?"

"I need to ask you something."

"Okay go ahead."

Val takes my hands and looks into my eyes. I can see how nervous he is.

"Jenna Michelle Johnson. I love you so much. You and I have been through thick and thin together. You're my rock and I don't know where I'd be in life without you. I was going to do this later in the trip, the last day but I realized I just can't wait that long," Val gets down on one knee and pulls a box out of his pocket, "Jenna Michelle Johnson," He opens the box, "will you marry me?"

"Yes! Oh my god yes!" He slides the ring on my finger and hug and kiss him.

"Happy Birthday Jenna" he tells me.

"This is the best birthday present ever!"
