I truly believe that Draco and Luna are cousins. Luna's mother has to be Lucius's sister, in my eyes. Hagrid said all Purebloods are related someway or another. I think he's right. Movie Draco and Luna are so alike, they just have to be family. I simply think that Lucius was just ashamed of being related to Luna, and forbade Draco to speak of it.
