Chapter 1: Halloween Vacation

(Rhian's Pov)

.Knock.Knock.

"Honey come on hurry, your bff's are here!" mom yelled through out the door

"I'm coming, just a second!" I yelled back while fixing my appearance.

I was wearing the sweater that dad gave me and a fitted jeans with matching converse shoes. I tied my honey blond hair. Now I'm ready to go.

I picked up my back pack and some duffel bag contain of my belongings. Today me and my two best friends are going to the beach where mom and dad offered me to go. This island is unknown and kind a weird.

I opened my door and I saw mom leaning to the door. She was wearing her usual working clothes. Mom is a fashion designer, she always worked day to night but now she's here, I know that she just doing her best to pay me some attention and that's what I'm glad of.

"Mom I'm going" I said. Mom smiled and kiss my cheek.

"Okay be careful" she said softly.

Mom was going to say something when I heard dad yelled downstairs.

"Nina we need to go!" Dad yelled and me and mom go downstairs

Dad was walking to the door while fixing his tie. Dad was a busy man but dad and mom wait for me to wake up before they leave the house.

"Rhian your friends are already here" he said and open the door making me to see Sascha and Maikha standing beside the yellow SUV car.

"Okay bye mom and dad" I said and kiss them both to cheek.

I run to Sasch who's leaning to the car and Maikha who's reading a book. Maikha and Sascha has been my friends since birth. Because our fathers are best friends too.

"Are you ready?" Sascha asked

"Yes come on let's go" I said happily

We entered the car and Sascha start to drive. And four minutes of silence when Maikha speak up.

"You know today is Halloween why don't we wear a halloween costumes?"Maikha asked on the back seat.

"Because that's ridiculous" Sascha commented while still focus to the road.

"No its not ridiculous, it's a traditional to wear every day of dead" Maikha snap back to Sascha's comment.

I just smiled to their conversation about halloween costumes. Today is Halloween and that's the reason why my parents offered me go to this vacation. Mom and dad gave me four plain ticket to some random island mom's friend said to her.

"Sascha turn right we need to pick up my brother" Maikha said
"Why are we picking up your brother?" Sascha asked and frowned

"Because he's coming with us" Maikha explained. And Sascha growled that Maikha's twin brother is coming with us.

"What you can't be serious Nia" Sascha groaned to me.

"I'm serious, so turn around" I said and lean back to the car seat.

And Sascha turn right where Maikha's House.

"Ciel hurry up!!" Sascha yelled and look frustrated.

We stayed for minutes when Ciel open the front door carrying his duffel bags and a backpack hanging to his back. Ciel is Maikha's twin brother just like his twin they have the same black hair and features except his eyes that cerulean.

Ciel didn't say anything and he just put his bags to the back of his sister's SUV car and after that he enter the car. Sascha just rolled her eyes to Ciel's action and enter the driver sit and me to the front seat beside Sascha.
