"i don't want to go!" i cried,struggling to break loose from sister mary's grip.i pulled free and ran to my twin sister,Emerald ,who was being held by the security man.i gave her a tight hug,never wanting to leave her."Emerald,am not gonna leave you.okay?" emerald cried on my shoulder.she pulled away and looked into my eyes."i know you don't wanna leave me,but you have to go and stay with your new parents.i want you to know that i love you and i will always be your twin sister." then she hugged me again."i love you too,emerald" i said. I pulled away to remove my necklace from my neck and gave it to emerald."No,i don't want it,you always wanted it.keep it with you" she said while shaking her head."emerald,please take it from me,i'm willing to let it go if you are going to keep it" she collected it from me and wore it around her neck.she looked up and gave me a sad smile.i smiled back at her.emerald was dragged back towards the entrance of the room where the other children were.i screamed "am gonna come back for you,emerald" i said sobbing.The rich couple who were going to be my new guardians came to me and hugged me."why can't you have us two?" i asked while pulling away from the warm comforting hug.The wife looked at me and said "i'm sorry but we can't keep the two of you".we walked to the matrons office where they signed some papers.After that we went to my new home.
