Chapter 4>>my first day in school.

"zzzz buzzz!"

i woke up to the sound of that stupid alarm.why can't it just let me have my peace? I grabbed it annoyingly and snoozed it."jade darling,wake up.you need to get ready for school" mom called from the doorway.

"um...uh...dah...dah"i mumbled.i got out of bed and made my way towards the bathroom,i grabbed a towel from my closet.i took a quick shower and got out of the bathroom.i walked to my closet."what to wear,what to wear" i said tapping my cheek with my finger.i picked my pencil skirt,a blue top and my blue flats. I wore them quickly.i skipped to the mirror at a corner in my room,i applied powder on my face and lipgloss on my lips.i looked at my reflection in the mirror.i had black curly hair,jade green eyes,long eyelashes,soft pink lips and a skinny body.i sighed and left the room.

The smell of coffee filled my nostrils."mom...dad...goodmorning" i said. "hey sweetheart,how was your night?"dad said looking up from his newpaper. "fine...i guess.am ready for school"i replied.

"mom,what are we having for breakfast"i picked a mug from the top of the freezer.i looked over my shoulder and saw her making pancakes."pancakes, honey" she said.

"Okay" i said.i ate my food quickly and head out of the house with dad.we drove to my new school."we are here"dad announced looking at me with a smile on his lips."am going here" i asked because i was fascinated by the beauty of the school."yes"dad answered.

"wow...its cool.isnt it?" i said opening my car door.i stepped out of the car and was hit by the smell of lifeliness.kids were everywhere.some chatting in group,some were reading,while some were just doing things school kids do.my dad and i went to administrative office to get my schedule.dad left for work and i went to my first class,which was biology.i love biology...i entered the class and gave the teacher my slip and he introduced me to the students."find a seat to sit,jade"he said.i think he said his name was mr. Edge,what a wierd name.i wonder why his parents gave him such a name.whatever i shrugged the thought off."hey,jade over here" a blond girl said from the back of the class.i walked towards her and sat on the seat beside hers."um...hi" i said looking at her,she smiled and extended her hand "i'm hanah" she said.i shook her hand and smiled back at her "jade smith".

"okay. now class lets begin our lesson.today's topic is habitat" mr.edge said "we are going to study where various animals live" he said.i joted some things he said.the bell rang meaning the end of my first three periods of lessons.i went to the canteen for lunch.i bought a sandwich and coco drink."hey,jade over here" i heard hanah's voice call from a table at a corner of the canteen,i walked over to the table and sat down beside her."hi,hanah" i dropped the tray of food in my hand on the table.she told me some things about the school,the popular guy,slutty girl,soccer team and the prince who attends our school.she sure like this prince,the way she describes him like he is some god.

My classes were over and i went home with hanah,the school bus dropped me at home.when i got home, mom wasn't around but she left a note saying she went to the mall. I grabbed a bowl and made cornflakes.after finishing my meal, i went to my room to nap.
