The next day at school, I walked into homeroom when I remembered, next week was our school dance. Boys will be asking the girls next week, and I actually thought someone would ask me. I mean, I look popular. But I'm not that's the thing. I saw this boy who I think name is Richard asking a girl named Kayla. She smiled and said yes as he hugged her. That's never going to be me. I looked over at the door when I saw a really hot guy walk in. OMG HE WAS THE GUY FROM THE DENTIST!!! I acted normal as the teacher talked to him and told him to sit wherever. He looked me in the eye then came and sat next to me. I looked away as he tapped in my shoulder. "Hey your the girl I saw yesterday right?" I turned and smiled with my perfect teeth. "I'm Jessie. Call me Jess. What's your name?" I smiled and fixed my hair. "Ashley." He nodded and took out his schedule. "Can I see your schedule?" I nodded as I took it out and slid it toward him. He looked at it then glared. "We have all the same classes!" I did too take a look and noticed, we do have the same classes. Great I'll be blushing in every class. I acted happy and put my schedule away, as everyone got up to go to class. I saw this girl I. Front of me who was kind of my friend. We talked together sometimes so yeah I got a friend. I walked up to her and said hi. She said hi the entered her class. I quickly went to my class, trying to avoid Jessie. I looked behind me as the second group of popular girls cat art walking toward me. The girl named Emily came up to me. "Hey Ashley!" She handed me a slip of paper and walked away and her friends waved at me. I waved back awkwardly and opened it. I almost fainted. I was invited to their party!! I danced around in circles. I was so happy. I walked to math and sat down happily. I WAS GOING TO A PARTY THE DAY BEFORE THE DANCE!!!
