Diary Entry 105-December 4th
6:00 AM
"UGGGGGGG!!!!!! I'm going to school!!!!
I DO NOT want to go to Ridgewood. I took my tour yesterday. Sure the place looks nice, but the gurls there are soooo fashionable. They have the CUTEST pair of Gucci sunglasses and amazing designer tops. I don't have those kind of clothes! I need to go shopping.
I only hope I can somehow pull off one day with stupid clothes and they will like my style. GTG.... Write in you once I get back from school.
Carmen D."
Carmen closes her diary her places it on her desk. Her room is still pretty crowded with boxes, but she managed to get out her Prada handbag, her fully charged phone, wearable clothing, and her white converse. Then, she ran to the 3rd bedroom, put on some mascara and lipstick, and ran out the door with her Starbucks coffee in hand.
At the bus stop stood two kids; a boy and a girl. Carmen almost introduced herself, but that looked needed, and she wasn't needy. So, standing there in line, she drank her coffee and got on the bus.
Carmen took the seat in the far back. She took out her phone and went to her Snapchat, Twitter, and Instagram accounts. She sighed. All her friends were hosting yet another party, and she was invited. "Too bad I can't go." She thought to herself. Michigan to San Fransisco was a pretty far drive. Plus the party was on a weeknight, so she couldn't even beg her parents to let her go. " Great, another great and amazing event I'm going to miss due to this stupid move." She thought.
By then, the girl who stood at her bus stop had sat down next to her.
"Hi, I'm Katie. You're probably new 'cause Zander and I haven't seen you at our bus stop."
"Carmen, and nice to meet you too." Carmen said in a monochromatic tone, without even looking up. She was probably way to cool for this kid. She looked at her outfit. It was a cute, floral dress paired with some wedges. Katie looked...sweet.
"Looks can be deceiving; Looks can be deceiving..." Carmen said to her self. Her mom had told her that this morning, and mom doesn't usually say something if it doesn't mean something.
And as if the clock had winded it self up in a second, they had reached the school. The bus stopped with a screech, and she got off. She had specific instructions to go to the office and meet her new helper. She hoped that it was one of the Gucci girls that she met the other day.

"Hi sweetie! You must be Carmen Davis. I'm Mrs. Joplink, and if there's anything that you might need to make yourself comfortable, just let me know." The school secretary had said.
Carmen was pleased. "..Make yourself comfortable..", she could get used to that. But, she knew why Mrs. Joplink would say that; My dad is an army man.
"Yeah, ok. Where might my helper be?" Carmen exclaimed. She really wanted to know who her helper was.
"Ahhh, yes. Here is Clarissa. Clarissa? Hon, your new student is here!!"
Out walked Carmen's dream friend. "She is a Gucci Girl!!!" Carmen told herself.
"Hi, I'm Clarissa. You must be Carmen. I hope we can be friends." She said in a sweet, yet sinister way. But, Carmen didn't care. She was proud.
She was going to become friends with a Gucci Girl.
