Aubrey Prov

I sat there in pure shock as Luca held the broken door. He stared right at me and I looked back not daring to look away.

He soon started sniffing the air and dropped the broken door as he made his way over to me. "Where are you hurt?" he said looking all over me. I furrowed my eyebrows trying to understand what he was saying.

"What are you talking about?" I asked sternly, even after he went hulk over me I wasn't scared. I knew for a fact he would never hurt me.

"I smell blood," He answered bluntly. I stared at him still not understanding what he was saying. He smelt blood, but from where I wasn't blee-

my eyes widened in pure shock. I could feel all the blood drain from my cheeks.

I knew what he was talking about.

"What's wrong?" He asked cupping my face, his face held a worried expression.

"Nothing I-I need to go use the bathroom." I stuttered as I tried to get away from Lucas hold.

"Tell me what's wrong Aubrey, please." His eyes held a soft look and I could feel the tears threatening to leak. god! Fuck these hormones."

I cupped his face and leaned in closer to him, his arms wrapped around my waist and I sighed in pleasure. It felt so good to be so close to him, but I broke apart and looked him in the eyes. "Trust me," I whispered and with that he let go of me. As soon as his arms left my waist I ran to the bathroom as soon as I got in I lock the door and checked my underwear.

I was on my period.

God! I don't have any pads or tampons. What do I do?

I spent about 15 minutes trying to go through what I can do, but I had nothing. Luca asked if I was alright and I responded with a 'yeah' every time, but even he sounded like he was losing his patience.

"Aubrey, please tell me what's going on. I'm worri-" I opened the door before he could finish.

"Can you do me a favor." I asked, ugh I can't believe I'm doing this.

He nodded, but the worry was still evident in his eyes.

"Don't worry, it's just that time of the month," I smiled, he sighed and smiled back. "Could you go grab something from the drug store for me."

"Sure what do you need?"

I gave him the list of stuff that I needed and he turned to leave.

"Hey Luca," He turned around and looked me in the eyes.

"Yes, beautiful?" I melted at his nickname, 'god these hormones are killing me.'

"Don't forget the chocolate." I pouted, he just laughed and nodded.

"Will do my love." with that he disappeared.

Luca's pov

"Hi um, do you know where the pa- I mean the aisle for feminine products is?" I asked the store worker, she was this middle-aged lady with brown hair and a name tag that said 'Susan'.

She smiled at me."Aisle 9"

I thanked her and made my way to aisle 9 I looked both right and left trying to spot the items Aubrey told me about. I was really inexperienced in all this stuff nor have I ever gone to get something for women before, but this is my mate we are talking about I would crawl to the ends of the earth for her.
