Cookie Cake

   "Maaaaarrrk!!! STOP IT!" Jack was laughing so hard. Mark had his arms wrapped around Jack's waist one minute, the next Mark had moved them to Jack's sides and was tickling them. "Never!" Mark challenged sweetly. He loved the sound of Jack's laugh and soon enough he was laughing with him. "Would you two cute it out?" Bob leaned over and grabbed Mark by the back of his shirt and pulled him away from Jack. Bob was growing tired of baby sitting these two. He had come to the candy shop with Mandy and some how Mark and Jack had ended up tagging along. They had only been dating for 3 months but Jesus Christ were they acting like they had been together way longer than that.

   Mark pouted at Bob, lip pushing out and he leaned into Jack who was now standing behind him with his hands around Mark's waist and his hands ending in Mark's hoodie pocket where they're fingers were ribboned together like DNA strands. Jack loved everything about Mark and he never wanted to let go of him.

   The candy shop they stood in was huge. In one section near the back their were the less popular off brand candy that tasted amazing anyways. Then in the very middle of the store you had your jellybeans, gummy bears, and a lot of different sour candys. Over to the side near the entrance of the store was the tube stations where you could full a tube with flavored powder. Then the rest of the store was dedicated strictly too chocolate and ice cream.

   Jack could care less about all the other things in the store. He just wanted some ice cream. What flavor should he get? Hmm... oh, he was thinking to himself, how about chocolate chip cookie dough! He had made up his mind and decided on one scoop of Chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. Mark wasn't getting any because he was saving his money for something Jack would totally be excited for.

   As Bob, Mandy, Jack, and Mark got to the counter to order their ice cream, Mark removed his hand from Jack's hesitantly, because he hated letting go of his hand, and kissed Jack on the head gently. "I'll be right back!" Mark said, as he walked off. "Ok?" Jack was a bit confused but it was soon forgotten because their was nothing confusing to Jack about eating ice cream, so Jack texted Mark and told him they were going outside to eat their ice cream because it was way too crowded in here, and with that, he, Bob and Mandy walked out the door, then took a seat at a near by free table outside the candy shop.

   Mark had waited for Jack, Bob, and Mandy to leave out the front door, then he slipped over to the counter where the cakes were and got the man's attention who was bending over on the other side picking something up. "Excuse me sir! I need one cookie cake pronto!" Mark said quickly. The man stood up and nodded, "Sure thing Mark! This one's on me." Felix winked at him and wiped his hands on his apron.

   "You work here?" Mark exclaimed laughing. "Yep! Just don't tell anyone! I've been trying to make some extra money so I can finally propose to Marzia! Don't tell anyone I told you that either! So," Felix clapped his hands together, "what would you like me to write on it? Oh wait! I know!" Felix went to work on the cookie cake, he was working swiftly with the icing and soon he had made designs and even put a little Septiceye Sam on the side. He showed the cake to Mark and a grin began to appear on Mark's face.

   He nodded at Felix and even though Felix persisted, Mark threw a one hundred dollar bill Felix's way, thanked him, gave him a good luck hug, and walked out the door cake in hand. He spotted Jack as soon as he walked out of the door. He walked towards him quickly, giving Jack no time to react to Mark's hand in his. Jack jumped and looked up, his eyes widening. "Oh! Did you get a cookie cake!!?? Those are my favorites! Did you get a lot of icing on it? What's it say?" Jack was rambling and Mark sat down in the chair next to Jack as he sat the cake down in the center of the table.

   Everyone leaned in, except Mark, and were stunned at what they saw. Mark hadn't told Jack just exactly how much he liked Jack and he thought why not do something special for him to let him know. Jack's eyes shown with wonder at the words on the cake and he turned to Mark glowing with admiration and appreciation. "I love you too!" Jack said leaning in and giving Mark a passionate kiss on the lips. Bob and Mandy looked at each other and smiled. Today had turned out to be a pretty good Damn day for everyone.
