Chapter 10/Missing A Good Friend

Hailey's POV

It's been a week since Matthew found out i was pregnant and he's been helping me with the pregnancy since. I am now barely starting to show put when you have been underweight all you life the difference is big. I haven't gone to any doctors appointments am to scare to face the reality of actually being pregnant. As for Kendra she has tried to contact me but i just ignore her she really hurt my feelings by telling Jessie am pregnant when i specifically told her not to tell ANYONE. Today the Espinosa's (Matthew's family) are coming over for dinner. So am helping my mom make food. "Tráeme la sal please Hailey" (Bring me the salt please Hailey" my mom said. ''Here you go'' i say handing my mom he salt. "Hey mom i'm going go up stairs to get ready for dinner" i say mixing the Flan mixture. "Ok but when you're done set up the table please" my mom said checking the rice." Ok" i said going up the stair's. I get to my room and go through my closet i find nothing everything in my closet i have worn millions of times (Yes am one of those girls) but no the spoiled kind most of the close in my closet i have bought with my own money from my summer job (that i quite cause my boss is an asswipe) but that's besides the point i need an outfit admittedly. I grab a phone off my night stand and go to text Kendra if i can borrow a shirt. Before i do that i stop my self. I haven't talk to Kendra in a week. Doesn't seem like long but for us that's a record breaker. To be honest i miss her. Matthew is great and always will be but there's nothing like having a girl bestfriend where you can count on like a sister. I go through her text and see.......

As my typing in what i'm going to text Kendra i hear the doorbell ring and my mom screen the Espinosa's are here. So i throw on any old shirt and jeans.
