Okay, I have noticed something that caught my attention quite a bit while reading the Pokémon Manga. This is a scene that happened right before Red entered the Pokémon League and [SPOLIERS] won.
He saves a girl in the forest.
Hmm... Sound familiar?
Here we see the connection between Red and Ash very strongly. Both have saved a girl in the forest, which happened to be in the X and Y anime which sparked up Amourshipping.
If you don't believe me, read above, I have proof.
Honestly, I do not believe Red is the same character as Ash. There's too many differences between them, and Red actually ages. XD
However, I go by the the theory that Red and Green are Ash's mother and father.
Think about it for a second.
Ash has a missing father, and Delia, his mother, looks a bit like Green. Now, I know she goes by Delia, but what if she changed her name is she didn't want to be known? Also, Ash is from Pallet Town, so maybe that's based off of where his parents lived... Maybe?
Or, possibly, Red could be Ash's brother or something.
Me and my theories.
Well, there's certainly a connection between these two scenes ^^^^
