"This is my son, Niall." She said smiling sweetly at him. I was taken back, he was highly attractive. Not my type, but attractive for sure. He had gorgeous blue eyes, and blonde hair. Well, he had brown roots, and streaks. It was cute though. He was like 5'8". "Hi." He waved. "Niall, this is Jane's daughter Rosalie." I smiled. He held his hand out, it for sure swallowed mine. I'm only 5'1". "Nice to meet you." He said sounding inviting, and then letting go. I smiled. "Same to you." My mom walked around us. "Niall, why don't you show Rosalie around the house until dinner is ready." Niall's mom said sounding sweetly. "Yeah, sure mom." He said looking at me the whole time. I blushed. "Wanna come in?" He asked standing in the doorway. "Do I have to?" I said sarcastically. We both giggled, as I stepped inside. I looked around when I entered for about 5-6 seconds. When I looked back Niall was staring at me. "So how about that tour?" I asked smiling at him. He smiled and then headed upstairs. "C'mon. Do you like video games?" He asked. "I play Xbox preferably." He stopped halfway up the stairs and turned to me. "Wait, seriously?" He asked seemingly in disbelief. "Yes. I have my own." I said honestly. He smiled. "That's crazy!" He continued up the stairs. "Do you watch any sports?" He asked. "Yeah, and I play." I answered as we reached the top of the wood polished staircase. "What do you play?" He asked walking into another living room only upstairs. "Field Hockey,Basketball, and Softball." I answered. He smiled at me while listening to me talk. "What?" I asked feeling slightly self conscious. "Nothing, nothing, nothing. Girls around here only shop, and sleep around." Niall explained sitting on the couch. "So our sports teams are a joke?" I said annoyed. "Hey, our girls sports teams are a joke." He said sounding defensive. "What do you play?" I asked playing off his energy. "Footie." He answered quickly. "I figured." I answered back quickly. "What's that suppose to mean?" He asked turning a little red. "Nothing, you just have the cliche, strictly soccer build." I said nonchalantly sitting down next to him. "Checking me out?" He said sarcastically. "Oh of course." I joked back. I giggled to myself because I did check him out a couple times. My phone buzzed in my hand. I looked down, and sighed. "Ex-Boyfriend?" Niall asked. "Yeah, from 2 years ago." I said honestly. "The guy is obsessed." Niall said blandly. "Obsessed he is." I agreed. "Lemme see." I handed him my phone. "You want him to go away?" I shook my head. "Alright, lean on me, like we are dating and posing for a photo." Niall suggested. I leaned on his chest, and smiled. He took the photo, and sent it to him following a text reading: "Had a great time. Are you free tomorrow?"
He handed me back my phone. "We take cute photos." We both giggled. "I better get that picture." He said jokingly. "Well, that would mean I need your number." I said handing him back my phone. We sat in silence for a few seconds while he typed until he was done. "So, do y-" he was cut off by his mom yelling for us. "Dinner kids." He both smiled and walked down stairs.During dinner we ate, and chatted. Niall's mom could cook fairly well. The chicken wasn't dry, the potatoes had a nice texture, and the green beans had flavor. By the end of dinner, Niall had eaten half of the chicken. His mom seemed pleased. "See Rosalie, the way to a man's heart is through his stomach." My mom pointed out. I hated when she pulled this shit. I smiled and replied politely, "I guess so." they all giggled. "May we be excused?" Niall asked his mother, she nodded immediately. Niall & I pulled ourselves from the table. "Mom, is it okay if I just go and unpack? I've got a lot of heavy stuff to still do." I asked mom. "Niall, you go with her until the security system is in, and help with those heavy boxes, love." I looked back at him waiting to follow his lead. "Is that okay, Mrs, Stone?" He asked my mother. "Perfectly fine." She replied nodding her head. Niall smiled & waved as he pushed in his chair. He headed straight for the front door, and we were out.
"I'm sorry." I apologized for him having to tag along. "For what?" He asked sincerely confused. "For you having to come unpack with me." He laughed. "No, thank you. See our mothers are about to get buzzed. I don't necessarily want to stick around for that. I was actually gonna offer dessert... If you're down?" He questioned. I giggled. "I don't have a car, currently." I replied noticing his keys were still inside. "I already texted my friends. They're gonna text me when they are in your driveway." I smiled as we walked over to my house. We walked in, and my cats were sitting on the couch. "Hey guys." I said nonchalantly. I went straight upstairs in my heels. Niall followed closely behind. "Wanna chill in my room?" I asked heading down the hall. "Sure." Niall said typing away on his phone. We sat down on my bed. "How about that picture?" He asked. "I just think you want my number." I replied jokingly. He blushed, I pretended like I didn't notice and just sent the photo. "Hey, hand me your phone." I declared. He did as ordered. I went to his Snapchat and added me, "Smile!" I said posing for the photo. He wrapped his hand around me, and smiled. We did take good pictures. I posted it to his story, and then went on his Instagram and had him request to follow me. He just watched me. I handed him back his phone. "Done, Princess?" He asked jokingly. "Yes." I replied. Just then he checked his phone "let's go." He said getting up. "Wait, am I suppose to pretend to be your girlfriend?" I joked. "Yeah, that's the plan." He laughed. We headed downstairs, and out the door. A black Land Rover was in my driveway. "Niall!" A voice yelled from the car. "Finally got yourself a girl?" Another voice yelled. He both just laughed and walked down to get in.
